Katie Holmes' driver was pulled over yesterday in Beverly Hills with Katie inside the vehicle -- but the driver was able to escape with just a warning.

Law enforcement sources say the driver was spotted driving while talking on his cell phone. But when cops pulled them over (the black Mercedes, pictured above), we're told the driver escaped without getting ticketed.

Perhaps the cop was too anxious for his donut break?

Grandma from 'Happy Gilmore' Dies at 92

Frances Bay who was famous for playing Adam Sandler's grandma in "Happy Gilmore" -- passed away Thursday at the age of 92.

Most of Bay's life was spent as a housewife, and she deciding to pursue a career as an actress in the 1970's -- when she was already in her mid-50's.

She also guest-starred as the Fonz's grandma on "Happy Days".

Ron Artest is OFFICIALLY Known As METTA WORLD PEACE

Bye Bye to Ron Artest -- the Lakers star is now legally known as "Metta World Peace."

The name OFFICIALLY became legal today when an L.A. judge finally granted Metta's name change petition -- more than three months after Mr. World Peace decided to undergo an identity switch.

This should be interesting how the play-by-play announcers call out his name once the NBA lock-out ends.

Melissa Rivers SPLITS With Boyfriend

Melissa Rivers has split with her boyfriend Jason Zimmerman, who was featured on her reality show "Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best."

The two were living together at a home in Pacific Palisades, California for two years.

Melissa had left town to make several TV appearances for her website Shoparatti. While she was out of town, Jason made appearances on an adult website.

Melissa has no comment at the time, but the situation will play out on her TV show "Joan and Melissa: Joan Knows Best."

Melissa's mother, comedy icon Joan Rivers, had a few worlds for her daughter's ex. This is what she said: "If you're looking for him [on the adult website], search under 'Wee Willy Winkie'"!

The 33-year-old Mad Men actress gave birth to son Xander Dane Jones on Tuesday.
A rep for Jones says, "Mom and baby are doing great."

Jones, hasn't revealed the father's identity, but he has remained faithful to her prenatal yoga classes leading up to the baby's birth.

The Emmy-nominated actress announced her pregnancy back in April.

T.I. Has Returned to the Halfway House

T.I. has just returned to a halfway house to complete his prison sentence -- this after he was pulled out of the halfway house last week and returned to prison for allegedly engaging in shenanigans on his tour bus.

Prison officials sent U.S. Marshals to the halfway house last week, after concluding T.I. had unauthorized people on the bus that transported him there. Officials also claimed T.I. conducted business on the bus -- something his reps strongly deny.

T.I. will be released from custody on Sept. 29, and then will be supervised by the U.S. Probation Office for a period of 1 year."

Mark Ballas and Pia Toscano Have ENDED Their Relationship

"Dancing with the Stars" pro Mark Ballas and "American Idol" singer Pia Toscano have officially broken up ... according to People.com. The split is said to be "mutual."

Mila Kunis' Cell Phone Pictures HACKED!

Mila Kunis is the latest celebrity whose cell phone has been hacked, and the hacker is leaking several pictures of a seductive Justin Timberlake.

Their are four pictures have been leaked, including two which show Justin -- laying shirtless in bed, and another in which J.T. is sporting a pair of pink panties over his head. Kunis is not featured in either of the pictures.

There's another photo of Mila in a bathtub, but all you see is her head -- and then there's another photo of a male which is explicit in nature, although his identity is a mystery.

As Beverly News reported, we're told Scarlett Johansson is going to the FBI today after nude photos of her that were hacked from her cell phone were published this morning.

Natalee Holloway's Father Declare My Daughter DEAD

Natalee Holloway's father is looking for some closure in the case of his missing daughter -- asking an Alabama court to declare her dead once and for all. SIX YEARS after she disappeared.

Dave Holloway filed the petition back in June for presumption of death -- a legal declaration that a person is deceased in the absence of hard evidence, provided the person has been missing for five or more years.

Despite an "exhaustive investigation," Dave claims he is no closer to finding his daughter after all this time and he's ready to call it quits -- adding, "It is my firm, however painful, belief that my daughter Natalee is deceased, and not a runaway."

But it's all still up in the air, pending a hearing later this month to decide whether Dave's petition will be granted -- but it seems like it will be a sure thing.

Sources connected with Scarlett say the FBI will be contacted this morning because they believe this is a criminal act.

The FBI has been involved in several celebrity nude photo hacking situations in the past year -- involving Vanessa Hudgens, Jessica Alba and more.

Amy Winehouse's Dad Talks Late Singer's Spirit With Anderson Cooper

Looks like Anderson Cooper is going to do just fine with his new daytime talk show Anderson.

Mixing his serious CNN persona with a much needed dose of humor, Anderson came off as both sincere and sympathetic in his first episode as he spoke to Amy Winehouse's family.

In an intimate but spooky moment, Amy's father Mitch Winehouse discussed how he still feels Amy's presence, as he did while giving her eulogy at her funeral this past July. In the video below, Mitch explains that a black butterfly landed on Kelly Osbourne's shoulder during the ceremony, and the whole family feels it was Amy's spirit. He told Anderson:

"There was a murmur in the congregation, and I thought maybe paparazzi had gotten in... Apparently it was like a bat -- really the biggest black butterfly you could ever imagine. And they're shy creatures, they don't go where people are. It came in and ot circled around my friend who had just previously lost his wife. It settled on [Kelly's] shoulder. It then flew around me -- I never noticed it -- and then went towards Amy's coffin. And there were a lot of things over the next few days about butterflies."

Amy's parents were extremely well-composed during the interview, and Anderson came off as likable as we'd expect, especially considering the tough subject of Winehouse's death.

Lady Gaga had a very colorful past, and the "Judas" singer is telling Jean-Paul Gaultier all about it in a tell-all interview.

During the interview, the singer tells Gaultier:

"I just was partying and being very self-indulgent and trying to find myself. In hindsight, it's so dangerous and I don't encourage anyone to follow that path. 

I remember my dad ... I was actually doing drugs in my parents' house one day and they didn't know I was in the bathroom. I came out and my father could tell, and I just remember feeling so embarrassed and I quit instantly."

Gaga adds, "I like to liberate myself with my ability to change."

As if we didn't know that already.

DJ Mehdi -- a world famous DJ and music producer who's worked with Daft Punk and Chromeo -- has died after reportedly falling off of a roof.

34-year-old Mehdi -- real name Mehdi Favéris-Essadi -- was a big time French hip hop and electro producer. So far, no details from the accident have been released.

Moments ago, Chromeo tweeted, "We lost our brother. No words."

Drake also posted, "Damn...RIP MEHDI.

Manny Ramirez ARRESTED For Domestic Violence

Former World Series MVP Manny Ramirez has been ARRESTED for allegedly committing domestic violence.

Sources say Ramirez was taken out of his Weston, Florida home at around 7 PM ET in handcuffs. Ramirez' wife was in the house during the arrest. Apparently, Ramirez and his wife were involved in an altercation.

Ramirez' wife, Juliana, left the house shortly after Ramirez was taken away in the back of a police car.

He is currently in custody.

Miss Universe 2011 is Miss Leila Lopes From Angola

Miss Angola Leila Lopes was crowned Miss Universe 2011 Monday night. She succeeded Mexico's Ximena Navarrete, who was Miss Universe 2010.

The 25-year-old business student is the first Miss Universe winner from Angola, beating out 88 other contestants for the title.

When asked what physical trait she would change for her final question, Lopes replied, "Thank God I'm very satisfied with the way God created me and I wouldn't change a thing. I consider myself a woman endowed with inner beauty. I have acquired many wonderful principles from my family and I intend to follow these for the rest of my life."

Throughout the competition, Lopes showed beauty and poise. Her evening gown was a sparkling gold and silver creation with feather details.

Miss Ukraine Olesia Stefanko was first runner-up, followed by Miss Philippines and Miss China. Miss USA, Alyssa Campanella, placed in the top 15. The U.S. last won the title in 1997.

The pageant marked its 60th anniversary this year.

Megan Fox never responded publically at the end of June when Shia LaBeouf told everyone in the world that the two had hooked up. Now she's FINALLY explaining why she stayed quiet.

Fox told Moviefone while promoting her upcoming flick, Friends With Kids:

"I didn't want to talk about it while they're on the press tour because ... I didn't want that movie to suffer. Especially because I love Shia. I wanted that movie to do well for him. I didn't want to have this big media war ... there will be a time when I want to tell my side of the story."

Fox's loyalty is still clearly to LaBeouf. She said, "I love Shia to death; I love him unconditionally."

'The Voice' Producers Plan To FIRE Christina Aguilera

Producers of the hit show "The Voice" plan to axe Christina Aguilera as a coach on the show.

While Aguilera has signed on for season two, sources say bosses are not happy to be stuck with her and they plan on replacing her for season three. A:

"She doesn't spend time with her contestants like she's supposed to. She doesn't participate. She spends most of her time on the set with her boyfriend."

The Voice host Carson Daly said the show would succeed without its original coaches. "This show is bigger than any of its coaches or the host," he said.

'Spartacus' Star Andy Whitfield Dead at 39

Andy Whitfield -- who left the show "Spartacus: Blood and Sand" after he was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin Lymphoma -- died today in Sydney, Australia. He was 39.

Whitfield's wife issued a statement, saying her husband died on a "sunny Sydney morning" in the "arms of his loving wife."

Weekend Box Office: 'Contagion' Wins Top Spot

Contagion was the #1 film at the box-office, as one would expect of such a high-profile thriller, it earned an estimated $23.1 million on close to 3,900 screens at 3,222 locations.

In second place, The Help continued its hearty run, despite taking its steepest hit yet. The book adaptation was down 40 percent from last weekend's holiday break, earning an estimated $8.7 million. Its total grew to $137.1 million in 33 days. Warrior lacked in its debut, drawing an estimated $5.6 million on nearly 2,100 screens at 1,869 locations.

Cliff Robertson Oscar-Winning Actor Dies at 88

Cliff Robertson, who won an Academy Award for playing a mentally disabled man in Charly died Saturday at age 88.

The versatile actor of stage, television and movies died of natural causes at Stony Brook University Medical Center on Long Island, according to his longtime personal secretary Evelyn Christel.

A successful actor throughout the 1950s, Robertson had his first memorable role in 1963 as a young John F. Kennedy in the World War II drama PT 109, made while Kennedy was president.

He gained renewed attention as Tobey Maguire's kindly Uncle Ben Parker in the original Spider-Man and two sequels.
