Three-time divorcee Charlie Sheen is hopping back on the marriage wagon ... this time to former adult star Brett Rossi.

Sheen proposed Saturday morning after he flew Rossi to Hawaii on a private jet -- then bragged about the proposal to a local photog who snapped some pics.

Sources close to Sheen have confirmed the engagement is for real ... but so far, no additional details.

Johnny Depp reportedly bought this 850-plus acre estate in the Somerset area of the U.K., according to various media outlets.

Known as Hadspen House, the 17th century Georgian mansion boasts 13 bedrooms and 12 full bathrooms has 16,000 square-feet of living space in the main house, grand scale reception rooms, family quarters, an eat-in kitchen, a butler's pantry, and extensive cellar storage.

Simon Cowell is OFFICIALLY a Father

It's a boy!

Simon Cowell is officially a father ... his pregnant GF Lauren Silverman has finally popped in NYC.

36-year-old Silverman just gave birth to a healthy baby at Lenox Hill Hospital -- after Simon flew across the ocean from London to be by her side for the delivery. As we reported, Lauren went into labor early this morning and Simon hopped on a plane as soon as he heard.

We're told the baby was born at 5:45 PM EST at 6 pounds, 7 ounces.

The boy is 54-year-old Simon's first child and Lauren's second -- she also has an 8-year-old son with her ex Andrew Silverman.

So far, no word on the baby's name.

Ellen Page: 'I Am Gay'

Ellen Page -- who hit Hollywood hard with "Juno" -- just came out in pretty spectacular fashion -- declaring she's gay and saying, "I am tired of hiding and I am tired of lying by omission."

The 26-year-old actress formally unveiled her sexuality at Time to Thrive, an LGBT conference designed to help the LGBT youth, saying, "I am here today because I am gay ... and because maybe I can make a difference."

Page said, "I suffered for years because I was scared to come out.  My spirit suffered, my mental health suffered and my relationships suffered.  And I'm standing here today, with all of you, on the other side of the pain."

Bethenny Frankel Show Gets Cancelled

 

The former "Real Housewives of New York" star woke up on Valentine's Day to a breakup — the cancellation of her daytime talk show. Telepictures Prods. announced it won't be bringing "Bethenny" back for a second season. "While we are disappointed not to be able to bring the series back for a second season, we remain convinced that Bethenny has a unique voice and that she will continue to be successful in the future," a spokesperson for the company told Yahoo.

"I had a blast doing this show with Telepictures," Frankel said in a statement. "My entire staff worked so hard and made everyday so much fun. I am thankful for the experience and for all my fans who tuned in every day."

This is just the latest in a series of setbacks for the reality star. A few weeks ago, beverage company Beam reported that sales of Skinnygirl Cocktails (which Frankel created and sold to them) plummeted 26 percent last year. That's in stark contrast to double-digit growth of the company's other brands, like Knob Creek and Pinnacle.

Ivana Trump has listed her palatial Palm Beach mansion for a whopping $18.9 million.

Ivana picked up the pad for $4.4 million in the early 1990s following her highly publicized divorce from Donald Trump, and though the pad is just four blocks away from Mar-a-Lago, the former Trump family compound, we're guessing Ivana didn't have to see her adulterous ex-hubby that often. (FYI: Mar-a-lago sold in 2008 for $100 million.)

The estate was built in 1926, and according to realtor.com, it has 14,400 square feet and has nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. The home boasts an impressive chef’s kitchen and a massive master suite, but it's the pool and the yard of the .7 acre property that we're nuts about. The home features stenciled beamed ceilings, tile and wood flooring, several fireplaces and -- get this -- underground tunnel access to a secluded beach.

The Sports Illustrated 2014 swimsuit edition cover was just released, and they really sexed it up for the 50th anniversary issue!

Models Nina Agdal, Lily Aldridge, and Chrissy Teigen grace the front of the glossy in nothing but skimpy bikini bottoms, and it's the first time in history the magazine decided to feature three beauties rather than one.

Besides earning top honors, Agdal was also crowned Rookie of the Year!

"My husband is very proud. He's very excited. I don't think there is a man in the world that wouldn't be super stoked their wife ends up as the Sports Illustrated cover model," Aldridge said about her husband's reaction to her big career break.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green Welcome Second Child Together

 

It's a boy!

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green welcomed their second child together, sources have confirmed.

This is the second boy for the couple, who welcomed son Noah in September 2012, and the third son for Green -- who also has 11-year-old Kassius with ex Vanessa Marcil.

No other details about the baby were immediately made available.

'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' To Be Renewed With ANOTHER $40 Million+ Deal In Their Laps

The Kardashian family gravy train is moving full steam ahead -- with no sign of stopping -- sources have confirmed. Kim and co. will sign on for yet ANOTHER multi-season deal with E! worth more than what they're making on the current one ... and they'll do it without Bruce Jenner.

"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" was renewed for an additional 3 seasons back in 2012 for more than $40 million -- what was then the richest reality TV deal ever.

But now the Kardashians have outdone themselves -- sources connected to production tell us, the new deal will be worth more than the last.

"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" is currently shooting Season 10 and the new deal will take the show into Season 11 and beyond. As one production source put it, "It is a HUGE show."

As for Bruce Jenner, he won't be coming along for the ride -- as Beverly News reported, Bruce has decided to call it quits after Season 10 to spend more time doing the other things he loves. Production sources acknowledge Bruce was "fatigued" and hated the criticism that went along with show.

He'll be missed -- but sources say, producers aren't concerned about his departure ... he was not a major character.

Our sources will not say if the deal has been signed or if it's still being negotiated ... but it's definitely far enough along that everyone knows the show will be back.

Rick And Kathy Hilton Buy $2.5 Million New York City Pied-A-Terre

Rick and Kathy Hilton have reportedly bought a $2.5 million pied-a-terre in NYC, Real Estalker reports. The property was listed for $2.75 million, so the couple got a little bit of a deal on their East Coast purchase!

Located in the famed Pierre hotel, the pad boasts one large master suite and two spacious bathrooms. The building comes with tons of amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, room service, maid service twice daily, attended elevators, and access to the swanky gym and spa.

Johnny Depp accompanied his fiancée Amber Heard to the Los Angeles premiere of her film, "3 Days to Kill," on Wednesday night and the typically camera shy twosome kissed, held hands, and proudly posed for pictures together on the red carpet. Heard stunned in a long-sleeved dress with a thigh-high slit and plunging neckline, while Johnny looked sharp in a matching navy suit.

While Amber has traveled the world to support Johnny — she was a behind-the-scenes staple during his "The Lone Ranger" press tour — this is the first time we've seen the actor return the favor. And no complaints here! That is one good looking (and color-coordinating) couple.

Depp, 50, and Heard, 27, made their first official public appearance together just last month after more than a year of dating. And, aside from promoting their joint venture, "The Rum Diary," in 2011, Wednesday night marked the first red carpet they've ever walked as a couple.
 
Amber has yet to discuss her beau publicly, although in July she opened up a bit about their relationship.

"It's not part of my professional life," Heard said firmly in Flare magazine, referring to her personal life. "I want to be an artist. I don't want to be a celebrity … Can you ever imagine yourself in a situation like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie or Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, where the world feels like they have a stake in your private life? Still, Amber also said she won't go out of her way to avoid PDA.

Kardashian Family: We Support Bruce Quitting And the Show WILL Go On

 

The Kardashian family fully supports Bruce Jenner's decision to leave the show after this season -- both because they want him to be happy and because Bruce's departure won't really make much of a difference anyway.

Sources close to the Kardashian family and Bruce's sons tell sources, the entire family supports Bruce no matter what, and if leaving the show is what he wants then that's what they want too.

Once source said, leaving the show would actually be good for him.

As we reported, Bruce has decided the current season will be his last -- he wants to retire from Hollywood life and spend more time golfing, hanging with his kids off camera, flying helicopters, and riding motorcycles.

But you can't stop the trains once they're moving -- we're told if "Keeping Up with the Kardashians"  is picked up after Season 10 (which they're currently shooting) the family WILL continue with the show ... Bruce or no Bruce.

And we're told they're not worried either way -- Bruce has already become such a minor character on the show, his absence will hardly make a difference.

Yolanda And David Foster List Malibu Dream Home For $27.5 Million

Yolanda and David Foster have placed their massive Malibu mansion on the market for $27.5 million, Trulia reports.

The reason? The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's battle with Lyme disease has made it difficult to run the estate.

"This is our dream home, but due to my battle with Lyme disease for the past two years I just don't have the strength to run this almost 5-acre property and should really focus on my recovery with as little stress as possible. My daughter Gigi moved to New York last July and my Bella will move this July, so it will be just the two of us with my 14-year-old son, Anwar," the Dutch model explained to Us Weekly.

Bruce Jenner QUITTING 'Keeping Up With The Kardashian's'

 

Bruce Jenner wants NOTHING to do with Hollywood, and that includes his own reality show sources have stated.

Sources connected to both the Kardashian family and the production say Bruce will NOT come back for another season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" if the network picks it up. The family is currently shooting the last installment of the series ... and even if it gets renewed we're told Bruce wants out.

Bruce now reluctantly takes part in the show ... but only when it's absolutely necessary. Whenever possible he'll shoot his scenes in Malibu -- where he now lives.

We're told Bruce has a clear vision of his life as soon as the season ends ... golfing, spending time with his kids -- off camera -- flying helicopters and riding motorcycles.

Sources say his kids have become a real priority -- Bruce wants to cement the relationship with his sons that he never had when they were growing up. The relationship is much better than it was but he wants to continue to strengthen it.

And finally ... Malibu is and will continue to be home base. Calabasas and Hollywood are part of his past life.

George Lopez Buys $2.7 Million Home In Los Feliz

Technically he bought the place back in September, but no one knew about this until recently.

George Lopez picked up this 4,100-square-foot Mediterranean spread in Los Feliz for $2.675 million, and seeing as the home sits on .3 acres and has 4 bedrooms, 3.25 baths and a private courtyard, it seems like he got a pretty good deal.

The home was built in 1927, and it has a two-story entrance with original iron work, a family room with beamed ceilings and a fireplace and an impressive gourmet kitchen. There's a den with a wet bar and yet another fireplace, a formal dining with French doors that open to the back yard and a large patio and pool.

Sid Caesar Pioneer of Live Television Comedy Dies At 91

Sid Caesar, a television pioneer who reigned as the king of live TV sketch comedy in the 1950s with his inspired brand of mimicry, pantomime and satire on the classic comedy-variety series “Your Show of Shows” and “Caesar’s Hour,” died Wednesday. He was 91.

Caesar died at his home in Beverly Hills after a brief illness, according to his biographer and friend Eddy Friedfeld.

A two-time Emmy Award-winning performer during his TV heyday in the `50s, Caesar has been hailed as “one of the great TV clowns,” “one of television’s most inventive performers” and “a genius at making people laugh.”

Leonardo DiCaprio Chats Oscars And The Challenges Behind 'The Wolf of Wall Street'

Leonardo DiCaprio covers the new issue of Variety, and the 39-year-old actor chats all about The Wolf of Wall Street, and it sounds like he REALLY wants that Oscar he worked just as hard to promote the movie as he did when he was on set!

"We knew we were doing a movie about incredibly distasteful people, and their likability would be questioned,” DiCaprio acknowledges. "But Marty [Scorcese] said, 'I've done a lot of movies like this, and I find that if you’re authentic in your portrayal of their nature and don't try to give them a false sense of motivation, audiences will go along with you on the journey.'"

“I really wanted this movie to succeed, because to me, you don’t see R-rated films like this getting made that aren’t on an epic scale,” he continued. “So I’m glad this film is now in the green. Studios ultimately look at what works and what doesn’t, and greenlight the things that do.” But will it win him his first Academy Award?

Shirley Temple Black Dies At 85

Shirley Temple Black, the pudgy-cheeked child movie star who was a fount of gumption and cheer throughout the Great Depression, died Monday at the age of 85, a family spokesperson said in a statement. “We salute her for a life of remarkable achievements as an actor, as a diplomat, and most importantly as our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and adored wife of fifty-five years,” the statement said.

Even during some of the roughest financial times this country has ever seen, little Shirley Temple was able to put smiles on moviegoers’ faces with her trademark head of of 56 curls and those silver-bullet dimples. Before every big scene, her mother would tell her, “Sparkle, Shirley, sparkle!” And so Shirley Temple did. Just three years later, after the runaway hits Stand Up and Cheer and Bright Eyes, she became the youngest actor ever presented with an Oscar (albeit an honorary one).

Chris Kattan ARRESTED FOR DUI

Chris Kattan was arrested for DUI early this morning after his car struck a vehicle ... and sources have learned he allegedly confessed he was on prescription meds.

Law enforcement sources tell sources... the former "Saturday Night Live" cast member was arrested on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley just after 1 AM.

Another driver called CHP to report another driver in a Mercedes who was "weaving all over the roadway at slow speeds."

Kattan allegedly then crossed into an area that was coned off for a freeway closure and he struck a Dept. of Transportation vehicle from behind. 

Kattan was not injured and apparently there was no one in the DOT vehicle.

Cops say Kattan appeared out of it and he was arrested and booked for DUI ... specifically drugs, NOT alcohol.

Britney Spears tweeted a snapshot of herself holding her perfume on Sunday, but who cares about smelling like the pop star -- we're obsessing over her newly-dyed brown locks!

The 32-year-old singer wrote, "Spice up Valentine's Day by getting 'Naughty & Nice' (pun intended)." Based on photos we've seen of Brit on Instagram at her residency in Las Vegas, she darkened her hair sometime over the last few days.

Though Britney has rocked all sorts of different hairstyles over the years (from bald to blonde to brunette, we love 'em all!), just last February she went dark after her split from fiance Jason Trawick, but she only lasted about a month or two before she went back to her signature golden tresses.

Sean Penn & Charlize Theron -- Heavy Petting

Sean Penn isn't afraid of a little PDA -- full on grabbing Charlize Theron's butt at a children's petting zoo this weekend ... and kissing her neck like it was the last neck on earth.

Box Office: ‘The Lego Movie’ Takes First Place

A smashing Saturday powered the 3D animated comedy “The Lego Movie” past already high expectations on its way to a massive $69.1 million debut weekend at the North American box office.

The first animated release from Warner Bros. in three years saw a huge spike in its grosses – to nearly $31 million, up roughly 80 percent from Friday – when families began turning out at the 3,375 mainly 3D theaters.

Shia Labeouf Wears Paper Bag On Head To ‘Nymphomaniac’ Berlin Premiere

In the latest of a string of bizarre behaviors, Shia Labeouf donned a paper bag on his head to the premiere of Lars Von Trier’s “Nymphomaniac: Part 1″ at the Berlin Film Festival Sunday night while walking the red carpet.

While the rest of his wardrobe — a black tuxedo and bow tie — suited the event, the message written in black paint over the paper bag is in line with his ongoing Twitter stunt. It read “I Am Not Famous Anymore,” which the 27-year-old thesp has been repeatedly posting on his Twitter account since Jan. 13.
