Taylor Armstrong Signs Up For a Tell-All MEMOIR

Reality star Taylor Armstrong from "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- whose estranged husband committed suicide earlier this year -- is writing a tell-all book about her relationship.

It's called "Hiding from Reality: My Story of Love, Loss, and Finding the Courage Within" -- and the 272-page book is set for release in February 2012.

Khloé Kardashian SUED For Alleged Assault

A transgender woman is suing Khloe Kardashian for assault, claiming the reality star "VIOLENTLY" attacked her outside a Hollywood nightclub on Dec. 5, 2009.

Papers filed by Chantal Spears, formerly Ronald Spears, state that after the incident the victim needed medical care and suffered from "severe mental anguish." Chantal said the incident resulted after she made a comment to Kardashian’s husband, Lamar Odom.

"All I was telling Lamar Odom is maybe he is too young to get married and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl," Chantal stated.

Spears is seeking unspecified damages.

Brooke Mueller was ARRESTED last night in Aspen, Colorado on suspicion of felony cocaine possession.

According to the Aspen PD, police found Charlie Sheen's ex-wife inside a nightclub called Escobar after she allegedly assaulted some woman at a nearby drinking establishment.

In addition to cocaine possession, Brooke was also booked on a misdemeanor 3rd degree assault charge. She was released from the Pitkin County jail this morning on $11,000 bond.

A spokesman for Muhammad Ali says the former heavyweight champion is "well, happy and carrying on with his daily routine" after being treated for dehydration last month.

Spokesman Craig Bankey says in a statement released Friday that Ali was treated Nov. 19, five days after the funeral of Joe Frazier, whom he fought in three epic fights.

Bankey says Ali is back home in Scottsdale, AZ.

Dr. Conrad Murray has just filed an APPEAL -- challenging his conviction for involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson.

Murray will be representing himself instead of using a lawyer.

Sources say on the document where a lawyer will usually state his or her firm's contact information -- Murray lists "Men's Central Jail".... and includes his booking number.

While he is representing himself, Murray is still communicating with one of the lawyers who repped him in the manslaughter trial, Nareg Gourjian.

That's correct folks, another scripted wedding is around the corner as Kourtney Kardashian and longtime boyfriend Scott Disick are finally ready to walk down the aisle. A source close to the family tells Entertainment Tonight that a wedding for the couple is "imminent."

The ceremony will reportedly be very small and private -- the complete opposite of sister Kim's extravagant nuptials, and it may even take place at the Kardashian family home in Calabasas.

Earlier today Kourtney and Scott announced that they are expecting their second child together, and they already have one son, Mason, born December 14, 2009.

George Michael Still Hospitalized With Pneumonia, But "Improving Steadily"

A week after George Michael was hospitalized in Vienna after being diagnosed with pneumonia, the medical team caring for him insists the singer is on the mend.

"We are happy to announce that Mr. Michael is improving steadily with an impressive regression of pneumonic symptoms and follows a steady rate of improvement as hoped," doctors Gottfried Locker and Christoph Zielinski said in a statement. "There are no other health issues with regards to the patient other than the underlying pneumonic disorder, and no further measures had to be taken.

Kris Humphries Wants To Annul His Marriage

Kris Humphries plans to respond to Kim Kardashian's Oct. 31 divorce filing with a counterstrike of his own.

A rep for the NBA star, 26, confirms to Us Weekly that Humphries will seek a legal separation from Kardashian, 31 -- ultimately leading, he hopes, to an annulment of their 72-day union.

If Humphries gets his way, the couple will avoid divorce proceedings altogether. Kardashian and Humphries tied the knot Aug. 20 in Montecito, Calif.; an ironclad prenuptial agreement guarantees that the reality starlet will hold onto all moneys earned during their marriage.

Humphries, whose prospects have opened once again now that the NBA lockout has ended, recently signed an endorsement deal with Sector watches worth $150,000.

Summit Entertainment announced Tuesday that The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn: Part 1 has so far grossed $508 million worldwide, reaching the $500 million milestone in a mere 12 days. (The record holder, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows — Part 2, crossed $500 million in six days.)

Summit wouldn’t reveal how many days it took New Moon and Eclipse to pass the same mark -- but we do know that all three movies hit $500 million sometime in between their second and third weekends. New Moon ultimately wound up with a worldwide tally of $709.8 million, while Eclipse finished its run with $698.5 million.

The original Twilight settled for “ONLY” $392.6 million.

Comedian Patrice O'Neal died Tuesday morning -- this according to his friends at the "Opie and Anthony" radio show.

O'Neal had been a staple in the comedy world for years -- and performed at the "Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen" back in September.

O'Neal was a regular guest on the "Opie and Anthony" radio show -- and appeared on several TV shows such as "Chappelle Show," "The Office," and "Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn."

He was only 41 years old.

Michael Jackson’s Doctor Conrad Murray Sentenced To FOUR YEARS IN JAIL

Conrad Murray, the doctor convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, was sentenced to four years imprisonment, the maximum punishment the judge could deliver. The sentencing came nearly three weeks after a jury found Murray guilty of administering Jackson with a fatal dose of the powerful sedative Propofol on June 25, 2009.

"Some may feel that this was a medical malpractice case. It wasn't. And this jury found that Conrad Murray, with criminal negligence, caused the death of Michael Jackson," Judge Michael Pastor said before revealing the sentence. "The fact is, Michael Jackson died because of the actions of, and the failures to perform legal duties on the part of, Conrad Murray." Which is why he will get the maximum sentence.

Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill attended a screening of Moneyball at the Cary Grant Theatre in Culver City yesterday, and the co-stars looked chummy as ever as they posed for pictures.

Pitt recently shocked fans when he said he was planning on retiring when he hits the BIG 5-0 (he's 47 now), but he recently revealed that he may have spoken a bit too soon. “I wasn’t putting an exact deadline on my expiration date, but I just see it coming and I do have an interest in the producing side,” Pitt told reporters during part of his promotional tour in Korea. Regarding Korea’s Lotte Cinema investing in his upcoming film World War Z, Pitt added, “It’s quite evident it’s a global community and I’m much more interested in erasing those lines that are divisive and open those doors that are inclusive and finding those areas where we relate and learn from each other. World War Z is a big zombie movie. It is based on a book by Max Brooks and it is a global story and it’s a perfect film for global contributions, so I guess I’m quite happy about that, why not.”

The 31-year-old reality starlet is sporting some unconventional workout gear -- including a pleather-looking wide belt and low cut top. In the bottom outfit, it appears her breasts are popping out in a pink bra.

Could this video be a jab at her soon-to-be ex Kris Humphries who made the following joke about her weight:

17-year-old Courtney Stodden attended church on Sunday wearing the littlest little black dress ever made! She was joined by her 51-year-old husband Doug Hutchison, and her mother (who signed the papers allowing her underage daughter to wed).

We're pretty sure what the other churchgoers thought when Court walked in with her gold wedges and her curves (which have been proven to be natural) out for everyone and God to see.

The trio later went to The Grove shopping center to pick up, unsurprisingly, lingerie from Victoria's Secret.
