Justin Bieber Barred From Miami Nightclubs

Justin Bieber was persona non grata at the hottest nightclubs in Miami this past weekend -- they ALL refused to let Bieber inside ... because he's a bigger headache than he's worth.

Club sources say, Bieber's people called ahead last week, asking to reserve tables at LIV, Story, and Adoré while the Biebs was in town -- but the singer's camp was denied at all 3 locations.

We're told Bieber's people begged and pleaded, promising to spend big money on bottles if the clubs granted Bieber entry, but the clubs didn't budge.

According to sources, there were 2 reasons for refusing Bieber -- first, he's not 21 ... second, the last time Bieber went big at a Miami nightclub he was arrested for DUI.

The DUI resulted in a ton of negative press for SET nightclub -- where Bieber had been partying prior -- and the guys at LIV, Story, and Adoré just didn't think Bieber was worth the trouble.

We're told the clubs offered to let Bieber in if he agreed to perform a song -- since performers don't have to meet the 21+ age requirement -- but Bieber turned them down. And no one cared.

Bieber ended up having a low key night Friday night at Cavalli Restaurant and Lounge. It's unclear where he landed Saturday night, but it was NOT at any of the big clubs.

The real-life Wolf of Wall Street Jordan Belfort got an instant movie review -- from the U.S. Government -- which took notice that Belfort was still living high on the hog despite owing millions.

Sources have obtained legal docs filed by Uncle Sam 2 weeks after the movie premiered.  According to the docs -- obtained by sources -- the government zeroed in on 2 lavish homes they think he owns in a swanky L.A. beachside community.

The government is putting its paws on the Hermosa Beach homes because Belfort is on the hook for $110 MILLION.

The government placed liens on both properties in an effort to enforce the judgment on behalf of the investors he bilked.

It's interesting ... a company in NYC that got a $27K judgment against Belfort got a lien on a 3rd property in the same area.

Legendary Actor Mickey Rooney Dies At 93

Mickey Rooney, the pint-sized actor who was one of MGM’s giant box office attractions in the late ’30s and early ’40s, died on Sunday. He was 93.

As adept at comedy as drama and an excellent singer and dancer, Rooney was regarded as the consummate entertainer. During a prolific career on stage and screen that spanned eight decades (“I’ve been working all my life, but it seems longer,” he once said), he was nominated for four Academy Awards and received two special Oscars, the Juvenile Award in 1939 (shared with Deanna Durbin) and one in 1983 for his body of work.

He also appeared on series and TV and in made for television movies, one of which, “Bill,” the touching story of a mentally challenged man, won him an Emmy. He was Emmy nominated three other times. And for “Sugar Babies,” a musical revue in which he starred with Ann Miller, he was nominated for a Tony in 1980.

“I loved working with Mickey on ‘Sugar Babies.’  He was very professional, his stories were priceless and I love them all … each and every one.  We laughed all the time,” said Carol Channing in a statement.

Both in his professional and personal life Rooney withstood many peaks and valleys. He was married eight times — first and most famously to his MGM co-star Ava Gardner — and filed for bankruptcy in 1962, having gone through the $12 million he had earned. And until middle age, he was never able to quite cast off his popularity as a juvenile. Nonetheless, Rooney’s highs more than compensated for his lows. Via his “Andy Hardy” series of films, the five-foot-three Rooney came to embody the virtues of small-town American boyhood. Those films and a series of musicals in which he co-starred with Judy Garland made him the nation’s biggest box office attraction for three years running.

Continuing Marvel and Disney's enviable winning streak, Captain America: The Winter Soldier is making history at the global box office, debuting to a record-breaking $96.2 million in North America for an early worldwide total of $303.3 million.

In only 10 days overseas, the sequel has already taken in $207.1 million -- eclipsing the entire foreign run of Captain America: The First Avenger ($193.9 million). Domestically, Captain America 2, playing in 3,938 locations, scored the top April opening of all time.

Former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" Star Taylor Armstrong Marries John Bluher

The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star tied the knot with attorney fiance John Bluher on Friday at the Bel-Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades.

The couple -- who got engaged last year -- said "I do" in front of their closest friends and family members. Even a few of the Bravo star's costars showed up for their beautiful nuptials, including Kim and Kyle Richards, Lisa Vanderpump and Adrienne Maloof ... according to People.

The pair hired well-known wedding planning David Tutera to help plan out the festivities for the big day, and their wedding was filmed for a We TV series.

"Wedding is on! @davidtutera has his hands full this time. #love #marriage #celebration," Armstrong tweeted in March.

This is the second marriage for the blonde beauty, who was previously married to ex-husband Russell Armstrong. Russell infamously took his own life in August of 2011, while the ladies were filming the reality series. 

James Franco Tries To Seduce 17-Year-Old Via Instagram

The 35-year-old actor has found himself in some hot water after a racy text conversation with a 17-year-old Scottish girl were leaked to the Internet. And it's looking all sorts of pervy for the Oscar nominee.

On Monday night, Scottish lasse, Lucy Clode, waited outside of James' Broadway production of Of Mice & Men. When Franco emerged, she took a photo of herself and the actor in the background, posted it to Instagram and then the 27 Hours actor reached out to her via Instagram direct message and struck up a dialogue with the pretty blonde. Even though she is more than half his age -- the This Is The End star asked her if she wanted to meet up. The conversation got even more heated when Franco asks if he should get a hotel room.

Umm ... what?! While film star doesn't say anything explicit, we don't think the actor is looking to have a PG-rated pizza party with the teen.

Classy move, Franco!

The age of consent in New York state is 17, so he isn't doing anything that's illegal -- just super creepy.

It's also very possible the one-time Oscar host was pulling a social media blitz for his new film, Palo Alto. In the film, Franco plays Mr. B -- a high school soccer coach who seduces his much younger student (played by Emma Roberts). Is this latest incident life imitating art, or is art imitating life?

We don't know! But if this is a prank to drum up press for the film -- we think it's a bit of an odd/TERRIBLE choice. Couldn't the producers just organize some type of flash mob or something? Not a perv-tastic possible hook up with Scottish almost-jail bate!

Franco has yet to comment on the potential sticky situation (pun intended), but the actor did tweet, “I HOPE PARENTS KEEP THEIR TEENS AWAY FROM ME. Thank you.”

'Blind Side' Star Forced Off a Flight For Being Too Fat

Quinton Aaron was booted from a flight Friday for excess baggage -- his stomach.

Quinton -- stands 6'8" and weighs 500 lbs -- tells sources... he typically buys 2 seats when he flies but only one was available.

Quinton boarded the U.S. Airways jet in Philly for a 1 hour flight to Rochester, but never even got to hear the safety message.  He says the passenger who was booked in the coach seat next to him was blindsided and could not wedge himself onto the cushion because of Q.A.'s girth.

Quinton says he talked it out with the flight attendant -- to no avail -- and he was politely asked to leave the plane and then booked on a later flight ... where he secured 2 seats.

Quinton adds, “I definitely need two seats ... It worked out for the better … my knees weren’t pushed into the back of the metal on someone else’s seat.”

Bill Clinton Clears Up Area 51 Rumors On 'Jimmy Kimmel Live'

Bill Clinton may have waited until his second term to get around to it, but the former President of the United States promised Jimmy Kimmel he did use executive power to investigate Area 51.

“I had people go look at the records for Area 51 to make sure there was no alien down there,” Clinton said Wednesday during his first appearance on Kimmel's ABC late-night show. 

“People thought that because everybody who works there has to stop about an hour away and put on special clothing, and that's because a lot of our stealth technology is made there. We know that now, but there are no aliens there.”

Clinton got curious about the long-rumored government conspiracy when the 50th anniversary of the infamous Roswell UFO crash rolled around in 1997.

“I knew we'd get gazillions of letters, so I had all the Roswell papers reviewed. Everything,” Clinton added.

Located in the West Village, the 1,100 square-foot residence boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a wood burning fireplace, high beamed ceilings, heated floors, oversized windows and custom closets.

The late actor began renting the home in October 2013 after he split from longtime girlfriend Mimi O'Donnell.

Lionsgate Films and Millennium Films have released a brand new trailer for Patrick Hughes' The Expendables 3 (2014), starring Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, Terry Crews, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Wesley Snipes, Antonio Banderas, Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, Kellan Lutz, Ronda Rousey, Victor Ortiz, Glen Powell and Kelsey Grammer.

Synopsis: Barney (Stallone), Christmas (Statham) and the rest of the team comes face-to-face with Conrad Stonebanks (Gibson), who years ago co-founded The Expendables with Barney. Stonebanks subsequently became a ruthless arms trader and someone who Barney was forced to kill... or so he thought. Stonebanks, who eluded death once before, now is making it his mission to end The Expendables -- but Barney has other plans. Barney decides that he has to fight old blood with new blood, and brings in a new era of Expendables team members, recruiting individuals who are younger, faster and more tech-savvy. The latest mission becomes a clash of classic old-school style versus high-tech expertise in the Expendables' most personal battle yet.

Billionaire Michael Milken Reportedly Buys Fleur de Lys Estate For $102 Million

After nearly 7 years on the market, the Fleur de Lys estate has finally sold for $102 million, and the Los Angeles Times reports that the mansion was purchased by Michael Milken via the Milken Institiute. A rep for Milken denied that the businessman bought the property, but LAT got their hands on a copy of the grant deed which shows that the taxes will in fact be mailed to Milken Institute in Santa Monica, so believe what you want.

The 50,000-square-foot French-style mansion has 12 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, and noteworthy features include a two-story library, a 35-mm digital movie theater, a 3,000 square foot wine cellar and tasting room, several kitchens and a staff dining room.

The home, which sits on a 4.6-acre lot on the border between Beverly Hills and Holmby Hills, has a 600-foot long driveway, formal gardens, a tennis court, a jogging track and a gorgeous swimming pool with spa and fitness facilities.

Chris Brown Being Transferred Into Federal Custody For D.C. Charge

Chris Brown has just been picked up by federal marshals on what will be one of the longest journeys across the country since the prop plane era.

Sources connected with the case say Chris is on his way to a federal holding facility in San Bernardino to begin his long trip to Washington D.C. ... where he will stand trial for assault.

Later today Chris will board a plane -- guarded by U.S. Marshals and appropriately restrained -- but the flight is NOT a non-stop. In fact, there are so many stops he probably won't get there until Sunday.

Sources say flights go through Oklahoma, with stops along the way to pick up other prisoners.

Chris will be in D.C. for a hearing Monday where his lawyer, Mark Geragos, will try to get the charges dismissed because he believes prosecutors inappropriately used the grand jury to gain an unfair advantage in the criminal case.

Now here's the thing. If Geragos loses, Chris will sit in a D.C. jail facility until his D.C. trial kicks off on April 17.

Despite $3 Billion Haul, Zuckerberg Avoids Toys of The Super Rich

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, may be among the richest people on the planet but (at least so far) they’ve stayed away from buying mega yachts, desert islands and other trappings of the ultra rich.

According to a Facebook filing this week, Zuckerberg pulled the trigger on some 60 million shares worth of options at the end of last year, netting a profit of about $3.3 billion. He immediately turned around and sold more than 41 million shares while turning over 18 million, worth almost $1 billion at the time, to his favorite charity, the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

After paying capital gains taxes, what might Zuckerberg and Chan do next?

Despite the occasional wild speculation — $90 million for the penthouse of towering New York City skyscraper One57, anyone? — the Zuckerbergs haven’t gone in for much conspicuous consumption.

Facebook charters a jet for the Zuck and he’s not known to have purchased a big boat, fancy cars or a Damien Hirst formaldehyde preserved shark. Zuckerberg, along with other celebrities including Martha Stewart and private equity titan Henry Kravis, reportedly attended the gigantic modern art showcase Art Basel in Miami in December. Works from artists ranging from Pablo Picasso to Andy Warhol as well as Mr. Hirst attracted some 75,000 visitors but there were no reports that Zuck was a buyer.

David Letterman: I'm Retiring

David Letterman, the longest-serving late-night talk show host in TV history, has just announced his retirement.

Letterman made the announcement during the taping of his show Thursday in New York, telling the audience his last show will take place in 2015.

Letterman began his Hollywood career as a stand-up comedian in the late 1970s, appearing several times on "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson." He got his morning show in 1980 and began his late night career in 1982 on NBC with "Late Night with David Letterman."

10 years later in 1992, Letterman moved to CBS to host "The Late Show with David Letterman," after Jay Leno was tapped to replace Johnny Carson on NBC.

Letterman's CBS contract is scheduled to expire next year and Letterman won't be re-upping.

Spike Jonze Victorious in Movie "Her" Theft Lawsuit

Spike Jonze has emerged victorious ... in the lawsuit filed by 2 men who claim the famed director stole their screenplay by creating "Her."

Screenwriters Sachin Gadh and Jonathan Sender sued Jonze, claiming he stole the concept for their screenplay "Belv," about a cell phone that comes to life and befriends a human.

Gadh and Sender listed a bunch of script elements they claim are a little too similar for comfort -- like how their main character carries "Belv" around in his front pocket -- but the judge didn't agree, tossing the case out of court.

In his decision, the judge tears their case to shreds -- ruling the two scripts aren't even remotely similar ... "Her" is a thoughtful drama and "Belv" is a comedy. In addition, the judge says the two scripts contain different stories, different characters, different themes, settings, moods, pacing, and dialogue.

"Two and a Half Men" Star Jon Cryer Writing a "Candid" Memoir

Jon Cryer, an actor who knows a thing or two about Charlie Sheen and Demi Moore among others, is penning a memoir.

The Emmy-winning star of CBS' "Two and a Half Men" has a deal with New American Library, an imprint of Penguin Random House. The publisher announced Wednesday that the book, currently untitled, is scheduled to be released next spring.

According to the New American Library, Cryer, 48, will share "candid" and "fascinating" stories about his 30-year career. He debuted on film opposite Moore in "No Small Affair" and became known to millions as "Duckie," Molly Ringwald's pal in the 1986 film "Pretty in Pink."

"In these times of truly global crisis when fear is outracing hope, I think we can all be grateful that the guy who played Duckie in 'Pretty in Pink' is writing a book," he joked in a statement released Wednesday. "It'll be filled with just what you'd expect from me; juicy tidbits on international monetary policy, catty comments regarding agriculture in Central Asia and, of course, forbidden anecdotes about stamp collecting. And maybe I'll talk about Charlie Sheen."

Michael Strahan Joins 'Good Morning America'

Michael Strahan is expected to join the cast of Good Morning America on a part-time basis, multiple outlets report.

The former football player won't be allowing his new gig to interfere with his top priority, though, which is co-hosting Live! With Kelly and Michael with Kelly Ripa.

The 42-year-old athlete is joining the morning program during a time of transition. Longtime weatherman Sam Champion recently left his position for The Weather Channel, and co-anchor Josh Elliot just announced his departure for NBC Sports.

Strahan will be joining Amy Robach, Lara Spencer, Ginger Zee, Robin Roberts, and George Stephanopoulos.

Report: Gwyneth Paltrow And Chris Martin Were In An "Open" Marriage

 

Before Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin "consciously uncoupled" -- there were signs of strife. A new report claims that the power couple were in an "open" relationship at times during their 10-year marriage.

"They were physically separated and emotionally," a Paltrow insider told People magazine.

A close friend of the Oscar-winning actress also told the mag: "They have been on and off for many years. The marriage was falling apart."

What caused the rift between the lanky blondes? Personality conflicts and distance are said to be the reason behind the marital troubles. Some reports have cited Gwyneth's strict dietary rules as a constant source of conflict. One friend said that, "[Chris] is the kind of person who is always in a T-shirt." The friend added, "She's much more glam."

You say "glam" -- we say "high maintenance"!

The couple, who have a 9-year-old daughter, Apple, and soon-to-be 8-year-old son, Moses, were married on December 5, 2003, in a ceremony at a hotel in Santa Barbara.

Justin Bieber: DUI Case On Brink of Plea Deal

Justin Bieber is about to score a very sweet plea deal in his Miami Beach DUI case ... sources have confirmed.

Sources familiar with the case say prosecutors have backed off the DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a license charges, and they are working out a deal with Bieber's lawyers for the singer to plead no contest to reckless driving.  The 3 charges will be dropped.

And this is the critical part ... prosecutors have backed off their demand for random drug testing ... something Bieber's lawyers would NEVER agree to for obvious reasons.

Bieber would not be entirely out of the woods ... he would be placed on probation -- it appears for 1 year -- which means he'd have to keep his nose clean.

We're told the deal could be finalized in days.

Khloe Kardashian And Kylie Jenner Put Kim To Shame With Their Booty Photos

Over the last few days Khloe Kardashian and her younger sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner have been posting tons of Instagram photos from their vacation in Thailand, and yesterday the girls gave their big sister a major run for her money with these hot swimsuit shots.

Khloe struck a sexy pose in a captain's hat, and 16-year-old Kylie, who previously said she wants more privacy, took it a step further and stuck her butt out while posing on the deck of the family's rented boat. Wait, she wants more privacy or more attention?

Kourtney and Scott decided to stay behind in Southern California, and while Brandon and Brody Jenner are also on the trip, we haven't seen any photo documentation of what their dad Bruce is doing! Cameron Diaz And Jason Segel Get It On In 'Sex Tape' -- Trailer FIRST LOOK

What could be funnier than Jason Segel and Cameron Diaz making a sex tape? How 'bout if they accidentally sent it to all their loved ones?!

Such is the plot of the new bawdy comedy, Sex Tape. In the film, Jason and Cameron play a married couple who are stuck in a rut and decide to make a sex tape to spice things up. However, due to the wonders of modern technology, they accidentally sync the video to the couple's iPad and sends the steamy vid to everyone in their iCloud -- including their family, friends and bosses. Uh oh!

The pair then decide they have to destroy the evidence on their loved ones' tablets before it is too late. How far will they go to get the iPads erased? Pretty far!

While the movie is hilarious, it also appears making the film was a treat for the actors. Cameron said she had a blast on set. "We get to be idiots all day long and tell a really sweet story at the same time."
