Chris Brown: Judge Revokes Probation

Chris Brown is in trouble ... again. The judge in the Rihanna beating case has just REVOKED his probation because of the fresh assault charges filed in Washington D.C.

Brown was in court for a progress hearing. The judge felt the criminal complaint in D.C. is enough proof that Chris did NOT obey all laws ... which he's required to do while on probation

The judge did not remand Chris into custody, because the judge was impressed by Chris' progress in his anger management rehab. The judge will hold a hearing on the matter in February, and it's possible he could sentence Chris to time in the pokey.

The judge also ordered Chris NOT to use medical marijuana for the time being.

Kelly LeBrock ARRESTED For DUI

Kelly LeBrock -- the gorgeous star of "Weird Science" -- was busted for DUI.

The arrest flew under the radar for more than 2 weeks, but we've learned the arrest occurred November 30 near Santa Barbara. 

Law enforcement sources say CHP officer spotted  LeBrock -- who was married to Steven Seagal -- driving erratically, weaving across the double yellow line, failing to stop at a stop sign, and driving over the 55 MPH speed limit.

The officer said there were signs of alcohol impairment, and gave her a field sobriety test ... and LeBrock didn't do so well.  She was arrested and booked.

Prosecutors have the case. No charges have been filed yet.

Box Office: 'Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug' Wins Weekend With $73.7 Million In Domestic Debut

Peter Jackson's "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" roared to a strong $73.7 million in its domestic debut to take its place atop the weekend's box-office mountain.

Second place was a bit more unexpected as Tyler Perry's "A Madea Christmas" did less business than the previous comedies starring Tyler Perry's zany elderly woman. Disney's "Frozen", now in its third week, took in $22.2 million to take the No. 2 spot for the weekend ahead of A Madea Christmas' $16.16 million debut.

'Lawrence of Arabia' Star and Hollywood Icon Peter O'Toole Dies

In one of his best and best-known roles, Peter O'Toole got a big laugh by declaring, "I'm not an actor! I'm a movie star!"

O'Toole, of course, was both.

The honorary Oscar winner passed away at age 81 after a long illness on Saturday at the Wellington Hospital in London, his agent Steve Kenis reports.

O'Toole was one of the most gifted performers of his generation, rising to fame almost with his starring role in "Lawrence of Arabia" and appearing in a variety of screen classics like, "Beckett," "The Lion in Winter," "My Favorite Year," "The Last Emperor" — and cult favorites like, "What's New Pussycat," "The Ruling Class," and "The Stunt Man."

He was also a larger-than-life personality whose hard drinking, outspoken nature, and romantic escapades were nearly as well known as his movies.

O'Toole, the actor, won international acclaim, and O'Toole, the movie star, was dependable tabloid fodder.

Peter O'Toole leaves behind an ex-wife, Welsh actress Siân Phillips, and three children: daughters Kate and Patricia, and son Lorcan.

‘American Hustle’ Scores Big In Limited Box Office Debut

 

Oscar frontrunner “American Hustle” was spectacular in its first day at the box office on Friday. David O. Russell’s comedy-drama about New Jersey con men caught up in the 1970s Abscam corruption scandal took in $210,909 from six screens – all in New York and Los Angeles – for a very strong average of $35,151 per theater.

The Sony and Annapurna Pictures production was riding momentum from its strong showings this week at the nominations for the Screen Actors Guild Awards and the Golden Globes.

Macaulay Culkin Makes Concert Debut

Macaulay Culkin's new pizza-inspired band made their concert debut last night in New York ... and the former child actor busted out a sweet kazoo solo during the 8-minute set.

Culkin's band The Pizza Underground -- who play Velvet Underground parodies with pizza-themed song titles and lyrics -- played an 8-minute set Friday night ... and fans waited around the block to get in.

Macaulay's sweet solo went down during the bands song "Take a Bite of the Wild Slice" (3:40 in the video) ... and then the group handed out pizza afterward to make up for the short gig.

Khloé Kardashian Files For Divorce From Lamar Odom

Safe to say you can remove "Khloé & Lamar" from your DVR rotation.

Khloé Kardashian, 29, today filed for divorce from her husband of four years, Lamar Odom, 34.

In the Los Angeles Superior Court petition, Kardashian cites "irreconcilable differences" for the reason behind the split. The couple has a prenup, so the division of their assets should be fairly tidy.

Friday's filing caps months of drama rife with reports of drug abuse, infidelity, and even forgiveness, and ends a marriage that once seemed too good to be true.

The two had a whirlwind romance, and shocked everyone when they tied the knot in September 2009 after just one month of dating.

Prince Harry Treks Across Antartica To The South Pole

Prince Harry is currently making a 200-mile trek across Antartica to the South Pole. How cool is that? Cameras caught the royal and some other adventurers during a bit of down time before they reach the South Pole.

The 29-year-old, who is patron of the Walking With The Wounded expedition, said:

"A half day on Friday and we get to the South Pole on Friday 13th - unlucky for some, lucky for us. … The wind has dropped down, which is nice. I think everyone is feeling a bit tired but slowly getting into the rhythm. Only just got into the rhythm now and it has almost finished."

Originally, the red-headed royal was part of a British group racing to the South Pole against other teams from England and the US, but the team decided to suspend the competitive element of the trek. However, over the weekend the competition was stopped after some of the trekkers, who include injured servicemen and women, became very tired upon coming across difficult terrain.

Ed Parker, who is the expedition's director and a co-founder of the WWTW charity, said: "Everyone is beginning to get quite excited, we can see the end in sight now.
