Simon Cowell is the new Winston Churchill -- last night he took his current girlfriend AND his ex-fiancee out to dinner ... at the same time ... and somehow, it didn't end in World War 3.

Simon treated baby mama-GF Lauren Silverman and ex-fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy to a fancy dinner at Miami's Prime Fish, where they ate outside and basked in Florida's stifling humidity.

The three later emerged from the restaurant without a single scratch.

Guess Mezhgan wasn't lying when she said she was happy for Simon and his new girl -- the $8 million mansion Simon gave her probably didn't hurt either.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner cover Marie Claire Mexico's March 2014 issue, and the youngest members of the Kardashian get candid about their love for each other and their career ambitions.

Dressed in colorful outfits with their hair slicked into low buns, the reality stars opened up about their dynamic growing up.

"She was obsessed with me. She followed me everywhere," Kendall explained to the mag about her younger sister.

"If she got up in the middle of the night, I got up in middle of the night. I literally couldn't leave her side. We even matched everything we wore," Kylie added.

Now that they're transitioning into adulthood, the famous siblings are branching out and exploring their individual interests.

The "Fast and the Furious" star shared a revealing snapshot of herself via Instagram on Tuesday, catching some rays in the nude.

In the pic, the brunette beauty appears to be completely naked as she sits on a grassy lawn overlooking the ocean in Thailand, where she's taking some time off.

The 35-year-old actress clearly could use some rest and relaxation -- she's been busy travelling around the world!

She was spotted with rumored girlfriend Cara Delevingne at London and Milan Fashion Weeks, hitting a series of runway shows and after-parties.

Seth Meyers' 'Late Night' Ratings Are In

Seth Meyers had big shoes to fill on Monday night.

Meyers took over the "Late Night" chair from former "Saturday Night Live" alum Jimmy Fallon, who arguably had a great run as that show's host as he crafted now-pop culture favorites like "Slow-jamming the News" and "The History of Rap."

So how did Meyers do with his debut? The reviews are in, and they range from "meh" to middling.

The Daily Beast, which thought Meyers got "off to a rocky start on 'Late Night,'" noted that the newcomer "had a few missions to accomplish when we ran into him on Monday night."

For months now, rumors have been flying that Portia de Rossi and Ellen DeGeneres are getting a divorce. Following claims that the couple may split, a tabloid has suggested that Ellen has been cheating on Portia with other women.

Celebrity Dirty Laundry is among a growing list of gossip sites predicting the end of Portia and Ellen's relationship. According to the website, Ellen has even been spotted on dates with a mystery brunette.

If that rumor is true, Ellen was certainly successful at getting people talking. Ellen and Portia have been featured on the cover of a number of popular tabloids, all suggesting that their romance is doomed.
This is especially true of Star, who predicted that the couple would split months before other outlets. Last year, the tabloid suggested that it was Ellen's controlling and jealous nature that was driving a wedge between her and Portia:
 

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Gets a Shakeup

 

The fates are pretty much sealed for two cast members on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- sources say producers are gunning to replace them next season ... because they're just not exciting enough.

Sources say, there's a 95% chance Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia won't be back for Season 5 -- they're just not involved enough in the series' story lines to justify their coveted spots in the cast.

We're told it became obvious Joyce and Carlton weren't jiving during the reunion show taping earlier this month -- all the other women had great chemistry ... and Joyce and Carlton were clearly outsiders.

But the feeling's not mutual -- at least for Carlton, who tells us, she'd love to return for Season 5 if she gets asked back.

Sources confirm, producers are already on the hunt for replacements.

Miley Cyrus posed for a photo in the bathroom, presumably at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, and wrote, "Round & Round & AWAY WE GO," which are lyrics from her song "4x4." It's not our fav song on Bangerz (we like "Hands In The Air," "Adore You" and "Drive" the best), but we do love the other line that goes, "Driving so fast I'm about to p*ss on myself."

But it wasn't all fun and bathroom snapshots on Miley's Twitter account last night! The 21-year-old starlet posted a photo of an inset from a magazine inset titled "The Ultimate Betrayal," which features a picture of Miley seemingly getting cozy with Justin Bieber. The accompanying text alleges that "Selena's convinced that Justin and Miley were seeing each other behind her back last year," and "just days after Selena dumped him, Miley spent the night at Justin's house." Miley posted a photo of the article and wrote, "Btw this is photoshopped. Biebs wasn't at Pharrels bday party. I never read this sh*t & that's why."

Justin Bieber Going To Trial In DUI Case

Justin Bieber and Miami Beach prosecutors will NOT strike a plea deal in his DUI case ... and sources connected with the case say a trial is now almost certain.

Prosecutors are offering a no contest plea to reckless driving, with strings attached ... notably Justin must submit to random drug testing for 6 to 9 months. Sources connected with Bieber say they will NOT accept any plea that has probationary terms ... especially drug testing.

Now law enforcement sources say ... they will not deal if Justin does not agree to random drug testing ... period.  As a result, both sides are at an impasse.

With a plea deal all but off the table, a trial is likely.  Law enforcement sources acknowledge there are problems with the arresting officers ... the fact that he may have lied when he said he smelled alcohol on Justin's breath (he blew a .014).  And another cop claimed Justin was drag racing (at 27 MPH).

Nonetheless ... we're told prosecutors are not afraid of trying the case.  And Justin's famed lawyer, Roy Black, is ready for a courtroom battle.

At stake -- Justin could be tried for 3 offenses ... DUI, resisting arrest, and driving on an expired license.  Worst case scenario -- 2 1/2 years in jail.
