Billy Crystal To Present Robin Williams Tribute At Emmys

Billy Crystal will present tribute to Robin Williams at Monday's Emmy Awards, executive producer Don Mischer said on Tuesday.

Sara Bareilles will handle the In Memoriam musical duties. Following Williams’ suicide, during a show at the Greek, Bareilles dedicated her song “Hercules” to his memory and family.

Tom Cruise Raises The Stakes With His Ice Bucket Challenge On Mission: Impossible 5 Set

 

Just when we thought we'd had enough of the ice bucket challenges -- Tom Cruise had to go and do this!

On Tuesday, the superstar accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge given to him by Pan stars Hugh Jackman, Rooney Mara and Garrett Hedlund, while on the set of his new film, Mission:Impossible 5 .

Cruise and his M:I 5 director Chris McQuarrie really upped their bucket game when they a seemingly endless amount of buckets dumped on their heads.

Cruise and McQuarrie challenged Paramount execs (aka their bosses) Adam Goodman and Brad Grey, as well as Skydance's David Ellison.

Celebs and non celebs all over the world have been getting in on the Ice Bucket Challenge over the past week -- each video seems to get more elaborate. Ben Affleck knocked wife Jennifer Aniston into the pool during his video. David Beckham traded in a bucket for a barrel of ice water.

The icy endeavor is part of a worldwide viral campaign to raise money to fund a cure for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease or Motor Neurone Disease.

Zac Efron And Michelle Rodriguez Split

 

Were Zac Efron and Michelle Rodriguez actually in a full-blown relationship? Up until now we figured they were simply each other's summer vacation flings...

But apparently the 26-year-old star and Michelle, who is ten years his senior, have split after about two months of dating. "Michelle is going to do her own thing. Zac knew this about her when he got with her," a source tells Us Weekly. "He's very into her though, and perhaps more than she's into him."

Another insider tells the magazine that the couple broke things off after getting into a "huge fight" in Ibiza. But it may not be the end! That source added, "Zac still wants to be with her."

Chuy: I Haven't Gotten an Offer From Chelsea Show

Chelsea Handler's irreverent sidekick Chuy has NOT been offered a job on Chelsea's upcoming Netflix show ... but even if he does, he's not sure he'll sign on.

Chuy's manager says Netflix and Chelsea have been radio silent ... and the clock is ticking. The smart money is on Chuy not getting an offer because if they really wanted him they would have made him an offer.

On the other hand ... the show isn't set to debut until 2016, so there's still time.

But Chuy isn't waiting around. His manager said... He will be on the air by the end of this year -- either on his own show or with someone else. The manager says Chuy is in negotiations with both scenarios ... which are comedy-based.

We're told he's also into doing an overseas comedy tour.

David Letterman Pays Tribute To Robin Williams

In the wake of Robin Williams’ death last Monday, there’s been an outpouring of remembrances of the late comic, including from late night hosts Conan O’Brien and Jimmy Fallon. The Late Show was on break last week, but last night David Letterman, who knew Williams personally for nearly four decades, returned with one of the most heartwarming tributes yet.

Letterman went on to recount the time Williams invited him years later to guest-star on Mork & Mindy, a break he remembers fondly as a “double-edged sword” for being both a kind gesture and a show he had “no business being on.”

Kourtney Kardashian: I Got Screwed Buying a Mold-Infested House

Kourtney Kardashian is crying cover-up ... claiming the house she bought from Keyshawn Johnson is infested with dangerous mold that was masked by a coat of paint ... sending her family fleeing for their safety.

We're told Kourtney's decorator found the mold when he installed some fixtures.

Kourtney and the kids checked into the Montage hotel in Bev Hills Monday. The photo agency didn't get Scott Disick ... but we're told he arrived later. The family just returned from the Hamptons and decided it was too dangerous to move back into the house -- especially since Kourtney is pregnant.

Sources connected with Kourtney say she's on the attack ... ready to sue anyone who's responsible. She believes the fresh paint over what she claims is mold is the smoking gun.

Bill Cosby Shares Too Much Information On 'The Tonight Show'

So this is Bill Cosby on Jimmy Fallon's show last night, and guys ... it got crazy. Not like Chris Brown crazy, it's not like he busted some windows or anything, but he said a whole lot of stuff that didn't make sense. Like, at all. He did this thing about deer and moths and brakes, and yes, he's Bill Cosby, but this was just a little too weird, even for him.

It got even weirder when he started talking about having sex with his wife and then got on the floor:

Texas Governor Rick Perry pursed his lips with a faint smile as he posed for his mug shot ... and the picture is a study in politics and spin control.

As you probably know ... Perry has been indicted for felony abuse of power ... trying to coerce a political enemy -- a D.A. who was convicted of drunk driving -- out of office by threatening to veto a law enforcement bill if she didn't resign.

Perry -- who says the charges are BS -- has a lot at stake in this mug shot. He clearly wants to run for President in 2016, so the way he looks and dresses in the picture is critical.
