Officers located Dustin, his girlfriend and the car not long after ... and the knife was in his ride. Dustin's girlfriend was booked on a disorderly conduct charge.

Sony On ‘Interview’ Hitting $1 Million: ‘We Are Extremely Grateful’ To Moviegoers

On the heels of a $1 million-plus Christmas Day launch for “The Interview,” Sony Pictures’ top distribution executive has thanked moviegoers for their support of the controversy-laden political comedy.

“Considering the incredibly challenging circumstances, we are extremely grateful to the people all over the country who came out to experience ‘The Interview’ on the first day of its unconventional release,” said Rory Bruer, president of worldwide distribution for Sony Pictures, in a statement Friday morning.

“The audience reaction was fantastic — the limited release, in under 10% of the amount of theaters originally planned, featured numerous sellouts and a first-day gross over $1 million.”

“The Interview” finished in 15th place for Christmas Day and played at 331 independent theaters in the U.S., following more than a month of intensive news coverage — starting with a massive cyber-attack on Sony, a Dec. 16 threat by hackers to launch a 9/11-style attack on theaters showing the movie, the studio’s decision to withdraw the movie on Dec. 17 and an about-face six days later.

'The Interview': We Will Not Be Silenced, Film Plays at Silent Movie House

"The Interview" was splashed across a movie screen in downtown L.A. to a packed house, which included an ebullient Seth Rogen.

The Silent Movie Theatre screened the flick just after midnight on XMAS day. Seth charged up the crowd, taking the stage and saying, "If it wasn't for theaters like this and people like you, this wouldn't be f***ing happening."

A total of 331 movie houses will play the film beginning Thursday, but in a crazy twist they'll be competing with Video On Demand ... it's available on YouTube Movies, Google+ and Xbox.

Jerry Seinfeld Performs Stand-Up On "The Tonight Show"

Jerry Seinfeld went on Fallon last night and gifted the audience with a rare stand-up performance.

The audience, each of whom had just been gifted a 50-inch VIZIO TV (courtesy of Fallon), was treated to some jokes from Seinfeld, who noted he was only being paid $503 to do the nearly 6-minute set—which hey, is NOT BAD. Seinfeld went on to dissect what the audience is going to do with a brand new television—which is also NOT BAD. Take a look at Seinfeld’s admonishment of accumulating too many things in life.

Rush Limbaugh: Idris Elba Should NOT Be James Bond

James Bond was white, is white and should always be white ... at least according to Rush Limbaugh.

On his radio show Tuesday, Limbaugh was reacting to a story that came from the leaked Sony emails ... saying Idris Elba, star of "Luther" and "The Wire," should take over the iconic part from Daniel Craig.

But Limbaugh feels that Elba (who he describes as "African-English," since Elba is a Brit) is not right for the role because Bond was created as a white guy and should stay that way.

Limbaugh said, "Now Sony is suggesting that the next James Bond should be Idris Elba, a black Briton rather than a white from Scotland. But that's not who James Bond is, and I know it's racist to probably even point this out."

'The Interview' Sony Reverses Ground Again, Will Release the Movie Oniline

The schizophrenic execs at Sony have come up with yet another change of course on "The Interview" ... this time nearing a deal to release it on YouTube.

The plan, according CNN, is to have the film available for rental on YouTube the same day it goes into theaters ... Christmas Day. It's not a 100% done deal and Sony already had a deal with iTunes which fall apart.

Inside sources at Sony say it's bedlam over there and there is no singular voice making the decisions ... which explains the Sybil act.

In addition to the theater flip-flop -- which intiially drew harsh criticism from President Obama -- Sony also pulled the flick off social media, per the hacker's demands.

The one consistent thing at the studio ... the employees have really gotten screwed.

UPDATE: It's a done deal ... "The Interview" will be available online TODAY (Christmas Eve) via YouTube, Google Play, the Microsoft Xbox video game console and a special Web site called SeeTheInterview.com.

"Entourage" - Official First Trailer Release

The first "Entourage" movie trailer has been released.

The film picks up six months after the television series’ end, when the gang is in hot water after going over-budget on a $100 million movie—spearheaded by agent-turned studio head Gold. The film features Vinny Chase’s turn as a superhuman DJ with Calvin Harris; sounds about right.

The trailer features the gang’s usual hijinks: slow-motion strolls in Beverly Hills, making Ari apoplectic with anger, and scantily clad yacht parties. Oh, and a Turtle-was-fat joke! Watch the trailer and just wait for the Mark Wahlberg cameo.

Entourage is expected to be released June 5, 2015.

Paris Hilton Is The Best Dressed Snow Bunny In All Of Aspen

Paris Hilton hit the slopes in Aspen on Monday, and the starlet worked it in a bright pink outfit and a Chanel beanie. Even mountain royalty Kate Hudson and Elle McPherson can't compete with Princess Paris in the snow bunny department.

Paris jetted to Colorado four days ago, and as soon as she arrived she posted a ton of photos on Instagram of herself and her adorable Pomeranian pup Prince Hilton. Minutes before stepping out in her new pink threads, Paris uploaded a selfie and wrote, "Just bought a new ski outfit! #SnowBunnyBarbie @ Aspen Mountain Gondola."
