Kim Kardashian's MEGA wedding will be held on Saturday, August 20 -- and it's strictly black tie.
The ceremony will be held in Montecito, California -- not to far from Oprah's mansion.
The wedding bash is being thrown by the one and only Kris Jenner and her trusty sidekick, Bruce.
Lets not forget the groom -- it's that dude Kris Humphries.
