Jessica Alba is suing pregnancy weight loss aid Belly Bandit for $1 million.
The mother-of-two says the company has been using her name and likeness to endorse their product without her knowledge.
According to Alba's lawsuit, Belly Bandit listed her named under a Celebrity Testimonials section on its site, saying: "Jessica Alba's Secret for a Fast Post Pregnancy Slimdown!"
The actress is also seeking a portion of the company's profits.
