Justin Bieber took a DNA test Friday in New Jersey to prove he's NOT the father of a baby boy that fan Mariah Yeater claims is the pop star's.
Yeater, 19, filed a paternity suit against Bieber, claiming the child was conceived after an October 2010 concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Her son was born in July. Yeater later dropped the suit, claiming she feared for her own safety after receiving death threats. Her attorney told reporters his client would continue to pursue the case out of court with Bieber's attorneys.
Now it's Yeater's turn to provide a DNA sample from her 3-month-old son, Trystan. Bieber's lawyers have threatened to sue for defamation if the results prove the 17-year-old singer is NOT the father.
