There aren't many details and this could be totally false, but RealEstalker reports that Leonardo DiCaprio may have purchased Dinah Shore's former pad in Palm Springs for $5,230,000.

The 1.34 acre estate was custom-built in the 1960s by Donald Wexler for Shore, and it sits in the Old Las Palmas neighborhood. TV producer David Lee purchased the home in 2002 for $3 million, but in 2009 he put it on the market for $5,995,000. The home sold again in April 2011 for $4.9 million, and it was put back on the market in January for $5,495,000. The home sold this week to someone who requested that all parties sign confidentiality agreements.

The 7,022-square-foot spread has six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, which includes the guest house. The home has a tennis court, a sparkling pool and spa and a large glass pavilion that overlooks the backyard and courtyard. Sounds like the perfect Coachella party pad to us!

So what else makes everyone think Leo could be the new owner of this pad? He's been on a bit of a real estate binge lately -- from selling his Malibu pad last year for $17.35 million to reportedly buying a pad in New York City's Greenwich Village, it seems like he's looking for some new cribs, or at the very least, investments.
