Alex Rodriguez has scooped up Meryl Streep’s Hollywood Hills home for $4.5 million. This is the same pad she listed earlier this year for $6.7 million, and seeing as she paid $4.5 million for it last February, we're not sure why she even accepted the MLB star's offer! Maybe she was just desperate to unload it?
The 3,700 square-foot abode boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows, skylights, glass doors, and marble floors. There is also a formal dining room, large living room, luxurious master suite, and a gourmet kitchen. On the grounds is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The selling point of the home is the state-of-the-art security system, which can be accessed from a computer or smart phone.
A-Rod sold his Miami mansion in 2013, and earlier this year he unloaded his Miami Beach condo.
