Chloe Moretz and her family are dropping $11,000 a month for this Bel Air rental pad, reports Variety's Dirt. And seeing as the home was initially listed for lease at $16,000 a month, it looks like they got themselves quite a deal!
The house last sold in September 2012 for $3.18 million, and it has five bedrooms and five bathrooms with 3,882 square feet of living space. The estate was built in the late 1960s, but it's been updated with a high tech security system and other bonuses.
When you enter the home, you walk in through a double-height, marble-floored foyer, and a wrought iron staircase leads to a formal living room with a fireplace. There's a kitchen with breakfast room, a den with a fireplace and a second floor master suite that has a private balcony.
There's one heck of a view from the backyard, but we do find it rather odd that the pool has an awning rather than the BBQ area.
