Miley Cyrus knows how to party in the U.S.A. and in Canada Friday night ... by simulating fake oral sex on stage in Vancouver on a Bill Clinton impersonator.

It was all for the debut concert on Miley's "Bangerz" tour -- which was filled with little people dressed as joints, giant stuffed animals, and a lot of ass -- but the big finish was her rendition of "Party in the U.S.A."

During the song ... Miley's dancers dressed up as famous American icons to pay tribute to our country -- and when Bill hit the stage Cyrus quickly dropped to her knees in his honor.

Simon Cowell is OFFICIALLY a Father

It's a boy!

Simon Cowell is officially a father ... his pregnant GF Lauren Silverman has finally popped in NYC.

36-year-old Silverman just gave birth to a healthy baby at Lenox Hill Hospital -- after Simon flew across the ocean from London to be by her side for the delivery. As we reported, Lauren went into labor early this morning and Simon hopped on a plane as soon as he heard.

We're told the baby was born at 5:45 PM EST at 6 pounds, 7 ounces.

The boy is 54-year-old Simon's first child and Lauren's second -- she also has an 8-year-old son with her ex Andrew Silverman.

So far, no word on the baby's name.

Ellen Page: 'I Am Gay'

Ellen Page -- who hit Hollywood hard with "Juno" -- just came out in pretty spectacular fashion -- declaring she's gay and saying, "I am tired of hiding and I am tired of lying by omission."

The 26-year-old actress formally unveiled her sexuality at Time to Thrive, an LGBT conference designed to help the LGBT youth, saying, "I am here today because I am gay ... and because maybe I can make a difference."

Page said, "I suffered for years because I was scared to come out.  My spirit suffered, my mental health suffered and my relationships suffered.  And I'm standing here today, with all of you, on the other side of the pain."

Bethenny Frankel Show Gets Cancelled

The former "Real Housewives of New York" star woke up on Valentine's Day to a breakup — the cancellation of her daytime talk show. Telepictures Prods. announced it won't be bringing "Bethenny" back for a second season. "While we are disappointed not to be able to bring the series back for a second season, we remain convinced that Bethenny has a unique voice and that she will continue to be successful in the future," a spokesperson for the company told Yahoo.

"I had a blast doing this show with Telepictures," Frankel said in a statement. "My entire staff worked so hard and made everyday so much fun. I am thankful for the experience and for all my fans who tuned in every day."

This is just the latest in a series of setbacks for the reality star. A few weeks ago, beverage company Beam reported that sales of Skinnygirl Cocktails (which Frankel created and sold to them) plummeted 26 percent last year. That's in stark contrast to double-digit growth of the company's other brands, like Knob Creek and Pinnacle.

Is Kendall Jenner going to beat big sis Kim Kardashian to the cover of Vogue?

Jenner also passed that fashion model rite of passage — looking like an alien while going topless down the runway — with flying colors. We can’t show you the still, non-censored version, but a very proud Khloe Kardashian would be happy to share it with you. And plenty of Instagram users were posting close-up looks of Jenner’s otherworldly beauty look, featuring bleached eyebrows, violet shadow and a hair look that seemed to take more than a little inspiration from dad Bruce Jenner.

As for who plunked down money for the ring ......
