Looks like Kanye West might want to lawyer up for yet another assault case, because the police want to talk to him regarding his involvement today in an altercation with an 18-year-old man in Beverly Hills.
The Beverly Hills Police Department said in a statement on Monday afternoon:
"On Monday, January 13th at approximately 12:15 PM, the Beverly Hills Police Department responded to the 8800 block of Wilshire Blvd. regarding a Misdemeanor Battery that just occurred at the location.
The named suspect was identified as Kanye West by the victim and several witnesses. Mr. West had left the location prior to Officers arrival. As of this writing, BHPD Detectives are conducting a follow-up investigation. No further information at this time."
The fact that Kanye left before cops showed up is definitely not a good thing, and the incident will be brought to the attention of the Los Angeles County District Attorney, as Kanye is also facing assault charges from another assault over the summer.
