Kelly Osbourne has listed her Hollywood Hills home for $1,349,000, and while the place isn't exactly huge, it's quite charming and cozy!
Ozzy's daughter paid $1,195,000 for the 1,250-square-foot pad in 2005, and though it only has one bedroom and 2 bathrooms, it has pretty views of a city, a private backyard and an open and airy floor plan.
Kelly reportedly moved into
Lindsay Lohan’s former Beverly Hills rental last spring, so it's not like she really spent much time at her Hills residence anyway. And seeing as Kelly recently ended her engagement to Matt Mosshart (the two shared that home together), we're guessing it's only a matter of time before she ditches her leased digs in 90210 and starts looking around for a new place to call home.
