The actress purchased the 5,233-square-foot home for $2.4 million in 2010, and a year later she was hit with a $500,000 loss on her starter home, which she purchased in 2005. The Tuscan-style estate has five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, and if you can ignore the fact that it's in the valley, it's actually a pretty good deal! The formal dining room and living room are separated by beautiful archways, and the gourmet kitchen has everything a buyer could want. The outdoor entertaining areas open up to a sparkling pool, so this looks like the perfect pad for someone who plans on having guests over.
