Don Johnson and wife Kelley Phleger just put their Santa Barbara mansion on the market for $14.9 million, a year after purchasing it for only $12.5 million.
The 3-acre gated property boasts 4 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, in addition to a 1-bedroom guest apartment. There is also a gym and a swimming pool located on the sprawling grounds.

So why is the actor parting with such a magnificent piece of land? "The only reason Kelley and I are moving from this house is because we found a horse property and wanted to experience that way of living in Montecito," the Hollywood star told The Wall Street Journal.
The pair have been married since 1999 and have three children together.
