Jennifer Lawrence just purchased Jessica Simpson's former Beverly Hills mansion for $7 million, E! News reports. The fashion mogul bought the pad for $5.2 million back in 2005, shortly after her divorce from Nick Lachey, and sold it for $6.4 million in October 2013.
The 5,500-square-foot home was built in 1991 and features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The massive master bedroom has a private deck with a view of the lush grounds, while the large family room opens into the botanical gardens, which include a gated courtyard with a swimming pool and koi pond. The house also has an office, a gym, and a library. Ellen DeGeneres and Paul Hogan are two of the estate's past owners.
