Bruce Willis Flips New York City Condo And Puts It On The Market For $13 Million
Bruce Willis bought this Central Park condo from U2 bassist Adam Clayton in the spring of 2013 for $8.85 million, but he's already remodeled it -- and put it back on the market for $12.995 million.
The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is located in the famed Eldorado building, and the listing agent told Zillow, “They just spent two years renovating it; they took it back to the studs," adding that Willis and Heming wanted a bigger space after having their second child earlier this year.
The condo boasts views of Central Park from its living and dining rooms (and from the master suite), and there's a whopping 50-foot wide deck as well. The two former maids’ rooms were turned into a brand new kitchen, so it seems like Bruce was planning on flipping the place all along.
