The "Achy Breaky Heart" singer purchased the 8,700-square-foot-pad in 2007 for $5.8 million, but at the time of purchase the square footage was listed as 8,200, so it seems as though he added a few upgrades.
The walled and gated has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and it sits on a .62 acre lot. There's a lush lawn, a pool and a small skate ramp, and while the inside of the home is packed with tons of awesome features like a movie theater, a car and a gorgeous chef's kitchen.
