Josh Hartnett just listed his Minnesota home for $2.39 million, as his real estate agency revealed the actor plans "to downsize locally as he will be spending less time in the region." The Black Hawk Down star purchased the pad twelve years ago, but in recent years has been spending most of his time in Dublin, where he shoots the Showtime series Penny Dreadful.
