"Suicide Squad" director David Ayer just shared the first picture of Jared Leto's transformation into Batman's most notorious foe -- and he's got a lot less hair these days.
While Leto has been rocking long locks since 2012 and goes back and forth between a full-on beard and light scruff, both are MIA now.
