Heather Locklear, 49, is engaged to Jack Wagner, who also happened to be her co-star on Melrose Place
. The couple began dating in 2007, after Locklear's split from ex-husband, Bon Jovi rocker Richie Sambora.
The actress' rep confirmed, on Friday stating: "Heather and Jack are engaged."
This will be the third marriage for Locklear, who was also once married to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee from 1986 to 1993.
