A deranged man was just handcuffed and taken away by cops outside Sharon Stone's Hollywood Hills mansion this morning -- after he was banging at her gate, claiming he was the one who killed Osama bin Laden.
Law enforcement sources said -- a male, approximately 50 years old, from the Midwest -- took a cab to Sharon's house and began ranting out loud that he and Sharon had a child together.
Apparently, Sharon was not at home during the time because she's in New York shooting a movie. Her staff called the LAPD, and cops raced up and subdued the man before he was able to enter Sharon's property.
The man is currently being detained for mental evaluation. This is the second time in less than a year that someone left her home in handcuffs.
