He's at it again! After reportedly listing his other Beverly Hills mansion for $20 million last year, Simon Cowell put this estate on the market for $17.9 million.
The 12,000-square-foot home has 7 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, and it sits on a whopping 2 acres of land. The home features high ceilings, beautifully inlaid floors and from the sparkling pool and spa to the fountains and spacious patio, the grounds are just as fancy as the interiors!
No word on whether Simon's looking for a new pad in SoCal now that he's a daddy, but since girlfriend Lauren Silverman is based out of New York, we wouldn't be surprised if he purchased a posh penthouse on the east coast at some point in the near future.
