Neil Patrick Harris just listed his L.A. home for $2.99 million, which doesn't surprise us considering how much time the actor and his family have been spending on the East coast.
The How I Met Your Mother star purchased the abode four years ago for $2.1 million, then gave it an extensive renovation - hence the massive jump in the selling price.
The 4,191 square-foot estate boasts 6 bedrooms, in addition to a home theater, pool, outdoor shower, a backyard pizza oven, and a bright red, magic-trick filled room he calls his "magic man cave."
