Tom Mesereau -- the famous lawyer who successfully defended Michael Jackson in the singer's 2005 molestation trial -- claims Dr. Conrad Murray "violated every ethical obligation he had as a doctor" when he gave MJ Propofol.... and deserves to go to prison.
Mesereau wants to make it clear, "I am on the side of the prosecution."
