Reese Witherspoon has listed her Brentwood mansion for $10.5 million, along with an adjacent property for an additional $3.5 million. The estate (which totals 1.3 acres) is actually three combined lots, the first of which Reese purchased in December 2003, and the last two were bought in June of 2009 and December of 2012, respectively.
The main two-story, California Spanish-style home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in a guard-gated area, and it has five bedrooms and five baths. From the double-height foyer with a stairway to the spacious lawn, the home is stunning both inside and out. There are formal living and dining rooms and a cozy library, and the French doors in the eat-in kitchen open to the family room, which opens to the terraced lawn and spacious patios. Outside there is an outdoor fireplace and a gorgeous swimming pool and spa.
Reese and husband Jim Toth have been house hunting in Pacific Palisades for the last year or so, so if they're finally deciding to list this place, it seems like they may have found a new place to call home.
