First-time dad Simon Cowell has just purchased a luxurious $10.8 apartment in New York City for his baby mama Lauren Silverman.
The couple, who are parents to son four-month-old Eric, must wait to move into the building as it is currently under construction. The residence, which is located on East 78th, has floor-to-ceiling windows, a living room with a sprawling, open-plan affair and varnished wooden floors.
The dining room is spacious with large windows, giving the room lots of natural light. The kitchen features gleaming fixtures and fittings, and has a built in cooker, with a large breakfast bar that serves as a focal point.
