Disney's 'Pirates 4' Is 8th Film to Cross Big Box-Office Mark

Disney confirmed Saturday that its fourth "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie, "On Stranger Tides," has grossed more than $1 billion worldwide since its May 20 release. The film represents the second top-grossing “Pirates” film, and will now set its target on 2006's "Dead Man's Chest," which took in $1.066 billion worldwide.

At $756.1 million going into the weekend, "On Stranger Tides" is the third biggest international grosser of all time among all time, beaten only by James Cameron's "Avatar" ($2.02 billion) and "Titanic" ($1.24 billion). While domestic box office performance for "Pirates 4" has trailed the three previous films in the franchise, the movie's international performance is nothing short of extraordinary.

Kim Kardashian Tweets Bikini Pic Of Herself

"Bikini & a jean jacket...summertime swag!" is how Kim Kardashian describes the latest pic she Tweeted herself. Looks like Kim was doing a sexy photo shoot ... yowza!

We're sure Kim's Twitter followers welcome bikini pics, but they might have had a problem with Kim's recent traffic updates! The LAPD asked Kim, Lady Gaga, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore to Tweet about the upcoming closure of 10 miles of LA's 405 freeway, being called "Carmageddon" for the traffic mess it will create in LA.

But Kim Tweeted the wrong dates of the closure ... twice!

First, she Tweeted that the closure was this weekend. Then, she deleted that and Tweeted it was next weekend ... finally, she deleted that Tweet and Tweeted the correct dates: July 16 and 17.

Chord Overstreet Gets Cut From Glee!

Chord Overstreet's a top trending topic on Twitter today and it's no wonder why ... the actor's contract for the hit show Glee was not renewed for a second season by the show's creator Ryan Murphy, according to TV Line.

Overstreet played an integral role on the high school musical show, featured as a possibly gay student who ended up offering a promise ring to Diana Agron's character Quinn.

The actor recently told Ryan Seacrest his role as Evans was supposed to be that of a boyfriend for Chris Colfer's character Kurt Hummel, but because of his real-life chemistry with Agron, the writers changed his character's sexual orientation.

In fact, it was Darren Criss, whose character Blaine became Kurt's boyfriend and Criss was upgraded to a series regular on Friday. Harry Shum, Jr., who plays Mike, was also bumped up to a contractual regular.
Those aren't the only changes afoot ... Glee will add a new castmember this season, based on the winner of the summer reality series, The Glee Project. Several members of the cast will also graduation at the end of the season, including Lea Michele and Cory Monteith

Lady Gaga Poses On Toilet With Blue Armpit Hair

"PRIVATE  IN PUBLIC"

After a short stint as a panda bear, Lady Gaga is showing us her more "normal" side, posing in the bathroom in a bra and shorts, sitting on the toilet.

The singer titled the shot "Private in Public" and posted the photo to her Amen Fashion line's new Tumblr page.

The destroyed denim shorts aren't too shocking, neither is the black push-up bra, nor the makeup, nor her hair ... but what about the Smurf armpit hair?

Crazy sells, remember that.

Ashton Kutcher Goes After Village Voice Advertisers in Fight Over Underage Prostitutes

Furious over a Village Voice story that argued he and wife Demi Moore have used inflated numbers to raise awareness of underage prostitution, Ashton Kutcher has started reaching out to the publication's advertisers.

A Voice story reported this week that there are far fewer teenage prostitutes in the country that Kutcher and others have argued. While Kutcher and other advocates have said the number of those at risk is between 100,000 and 300,000, the Voice cited arrest data to suggest the number of underage prostitutes is actually in the hundreds or thousands. The Voice also argued for more funding for victims of child prostitution. Kutcher attacked the story on Twitter Thursday, suggesting The Voice wasn't serious about the issue; The Voice invited Kutcher to dispute specific facts within the story.

And that's when Kutcher took the nuclear option, accusing The Voice of allowing advertising of underage prostitutes in its publication. Seizing on his vast Twitter influence, he began tweeting to advertisers directly.
"Hey @AmericanAir," he wrote to American Airlines. "Are you aware that you are advertising on a site that supports the Sale of Human Beings (slavery)?"

"We will address this IMMEDIATELY. Can you please DM us detail of the site, including a link?" the company responded.

Kutcher later tweeted that the company told him the ads would be down soon.
The Voice replied with a lengthy blog post standing by the findings of its story and calling for support of a Senate bill to provide funding for shelter and counseling for underage prostitutes.

The Voice targeted Kutcher because of his involvement in the Demi and Ashton Foundation (DNA), which seeks to end human trafficking. Last year, the pair launched a campaign titled "Real Men Don't Buy Girls," which the Voice played off of with its cover line, "Real Men Get Their Facts Straight."
Michael Lacey, executive editor of Village Voice Media, denied to TheWrap that the Voice runs ads promoting underage prostitutes in its pages.

A spokesperson for American Airlines tells TheWrap that Kutcher's claim about American pulling its advertising from The Voice "appears to be rumor and speculation. I am not aware of any such action."

Arnold and Maria Will Split Hundreds of Millions

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver will split around $400 million, and legally it's supposed to be divided  up 50/50, because we know there's no prenup.

Because there is no prenup, under California law, all earnings and other property acquired during the marriage is considered community property, which means a 50/50 split.

Arnold's worth is estimated at $300 million, while Maria's is around $100 million.  Since the couple has been married for a quarter century and it's probably impossible to separate what they each had before they tied the knot, it's likely the entire pot of money will be considered community property.

But here's the twist.  This divorce will never go to trial. It is going to settle out of court, and nothing requires Arnold and Maria to agree on a 50/50 split. Typically in these cases, there's a lot of horse trading ... Maria gets this house, Arnold gets that one, etc.

Maria's lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, and Arnold's attorney, Bob Kaufman, will be hashing out the property settlement agreement -- probably for months.

One final point.  We will never know the terms of the final property settlement agreement, because it's going to be confidential.  Standard operating procedure for high-profile divorces.

Paramount Over The Moon About Transformers‘ Debut

Moviegoers are not going to transform Transformers: Dark of the Moon into a bigger hit than 2009′s Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, but the latest sequel appears to be on track to open with the highest-grossing debut of the year, probably around $150 million for the six-day Independence Day holiday, according to box-office forecasters. The Paramount film opened Wednesday with $37.3 million, the best opening day of the year, but 40 percent below the $62 million that Fallen collected when it opened in 2009.

Unlike some other mammoth tentpole films that have opened this summer, the Transformers movie does have some competition facing it. There’s the female-skewing Larry Crowne, starring box-office icons Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts, and the tween comedy Monte Carlo, featuring Selena Gomez. The buzz for both of those movies, however, has been bad and the reviews have been worse. Crowne is expected to take in about $12-15 million; Monte Carlo, $8-10 million. The film likely to give Transformers its stiffest competition is last week’s winner, Disney/Pixar’s Cars 2, which is likely to ear $30-35 million. Also opening in New York and Los Angeles is the critically praised Sundance hit Terri.

George Lopez's Divorce is Now Final

George Lopez is officially back on the market, his divorce from the valiant Ann Serrano has been finalized.

Serrano had filed for divorce back in November, citing "irreconcilable differences" ... and according to court documents filed this afternoon, the marriage is officially over and out.

The two had been married for 17 years and have one minor daughter together.

Maria Shriver Files for Divorce from Arnold

Maria Shriver has pulled the trigger on her marriage ... she just filed for divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger ... and we've learned, there is NO PRENUP.

In the divorce petition, Shriver cites "irreconcilable differences" as her reason for ending the 25-year marriage.

Shriver is asking for spousal support and wants the judge to deny Arnold the right to ask for support for himself-- though it's highly unlikely he would.

Shriver is asking for joint custody of their minor children, who she names in the document as 17-year-old "Patrick Arnold Shriver Schwarzenegger" and 13-year-old "Christopher Sargent Shriver Schwarzenegger."

And, in the petition, filed by disso-queen Laura Wasser, Shriver is asking Arnold to pay the attorneys' fees of both parties.

As for the date Arnold and Maria separated ... it isn't specified in the divorce papers.

According to the docs, the property accumulated during the marriage will be divided at a later date. And there is no prenup, so all of Arnold and Maria's earnings over the past quarter century will be divided 50/50.

Arnold and Maria are on speaking terms and Arnold knew beforehand that she was filing divorce papers. Maria is telling friends she hopes this will be an easy and amicable divorce.

Linda Evangelista's Son Fathered By Salma Hayek's Husband, Francois-Henri Pinault

Linda Evangelista has kept the identity of the father of her 4-year-old son, Augustin James, a secret, until now.

The supermodel's baby's daddy happens to be billionaire Frenchman Francois-Henri Pinault, who is currently married to Selma Hayek and was expecting a child with her at the same time, the New York Post reports.
Evangelista initially claimed the father was "a New York architect," but Pinault's name started circulating in 2007, and Page Six, spotted the supermodel heading to court on Thursday to set up a support agreement with Pinault.

The CEO of the $28 billion conglomerate, which owns Gucci, Bottega Veneta and Yves St. Laurent, didn't make it to court but his lawyer, David Aronson, explained after the meeting, "We had understood that it was to be a brief, telephone conference, to bring Magistrate Troy up to date on what the status was."
Selma gave birth to Valentina Paloma Pinault on September 21, 2007, and Evangelista welcomed baby Augustin on October 11, 2006.

Apparently no agreement was reached in court between Linda and Francois, so there may be a trial this fall.

The Osbournes Put Mansion For Sale After Saving It From Seizure

Earlier this year Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne's LA mansion was in danger of being seized by the Internal Revenue Service for a $1.8 million tax bill. Now, the house is up for sale for $12.9 million.

The 11,000 square foot abode sits on 2.25 acres and has six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Wow. It has a city and a mountain view (because we all need both), a swimming pool, a hot tub, maids quarters, a gym and a library.

And if you bought the property, your neighbors would include Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, the Kardashians and Denise Richards. Block party, anyone? As for the IRS mess, Sharon said the family's financial advisers botched things, but that she should have been more in-the-know about their business affairs.

Pamela Anderson is lashing out at a real estate bigwig who claims her alleged flakiness cost him $22.5 mil ... and she's also pissed about rumors that she was sleeping with him.

Laurence Hallier filed a countersuit against Pam, claiming she signed a contract to promote the sale of condos in Panorama Towers, a Las Vegas development owned by Hallier.

The countersuit claims Pam bailed on a number of personal appearances and, as a result, Hallier lost numerous condo sales.  He wants Pam to pay him $22.5 million.

Pam's lawyer, A. Douglas Mastroianni, says "Pamela Anderson is not any more responsible for the failure of this real estate project than she is responsible for the 2008 real estate downturn or the collapse of Lehman Brothers."

Mastroianni goes on:  "The counterclaim is an attempt at publicity, filed by a defendant who reveled in utterly false rumors that he was romantically involved with Ms. Anderson while she was promoting his failed real estate project in London, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas."

For her part, Pam is suing Hallier for her $1 million fee.

Magazine Cover Featuring Princess Diana And Kate Middleton Raises Eyebrows

Newsweek's latest issue features a photo of Kate Middleton and a super-imposed and digitally-aged image of Princess Diana ... who would have turned 50 this Friday.

The LA Times is referring to the photo and story as "Shocking, brilliant or just plain cheap?"

Aside from the controversial cover, the accompanying article talks about Diana's would-be Facebook page, how she'd probably be a big fan of shows like The Real Housewives of New York ... and that she'd be hanging with Hollywood royalty like David and Victoria Beckham.

Hulk Hogan called into the Bubba the Love Sponge Show radio program Tuesday morning to respond to comments that his ex-wife, Linda Hogan, 52, had made on The Today Show the same day.
Linda claimed that Hulk Hogan used steroids and physically abused her during their 25-year marriage. Hulk said on the show:
"The stuff she said about me is a total, blatant lie. I never laid a hand on her. … She’s still riding on the Hulk Hogan name."
On Today to promote her autobiography Wrestling the Hulk - My Life against the Ropes, Linda said, "I was afraid he would kill me in a drug rage."

Linda told Matt Lauer that on one occasion Hulk pinned her to their bed with his hands around her throat. "I did not want to end up a statistic, like Nicole Simpson," Linda said, referring to OJ Simpson's wife. Linda filed for divorce in 2007.
She describes the world of wrestling and steroids as she knew it:
"'Wrestlers had a reason to do every kind of drug and narcotic around and help numb them from the pain of what they were doing ... a lot of them did take steroids ... I was quiet and afraid to say anything. Had I said something the carpet would have been pulled from under his career. But it was scary. I did not know how far he would go."
Since splitting with Hulk, Linda has been dating a man 30 years her junior, who was a friend of her children -- Brooke and Nick. The Hogan family was depicted on the reality show Hogan Knows Best from 2005 to 2007. Hulk, 57, is a 12-time world champion wrestler from the WWF. He also told the Bubba show that, while they were married, Linda would constantly threaten that she would leave him for a younger man.

Halle Berry Claims Gabriel Violated Custody Agreement

Halle Berry went to family court this morning, complaining her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, violated the custody agreement they struck over Nahla, and to reinforce her point, her lawyer submitted a lengthy court document claiming Gabriel has put Nahla at risk.

Halle is concerned for 3-year-old Nahla when she's in the care of Gabriel.  Our sources would not be specific about the violations, but we're told it has to do with requirements Gabriel was supposed to follow when he had custody of Nahla.

The lengthy documents that were attached to the document go into great detail about Gabriel's parenting skills, claiming there was once an incident overseas when Gabriel allegedly neglected Nahla, imperiling her safety.

Halle wanted the judge to find Gabriel in violation of the custody order.  Gabriel was not in court today, and the judge set a hearing on the matter for later.

Shia LaBeouf: YES, I HOOKED UP With Megan Fox

Shia LaBeouf says he totally got down with Megan Fox before she was fired off the "Transformers" franchise ... there's only one little catch -- she may have been dating Brian Austin Green at the time.

LaBeouf gave a tell-all, no-holds barred interview to Details.com, in which the interviewer asked point blank if Shia ever hooked up with Fox ... and according to the article, "LaBeouf nods affirmatively."

LaBeouf explained, "Look, you're on the set for six months, with someone who's rooting to be attracted to you, and you're rooting to be attracted to them."

"I never understood the separation of work and life in that situation. But the time I spent with Megan was our own thing, and I think you can see the chemistry onscreen."

But here's the CRAZY part -- the interviewer says he asked if Megan was dating B.A.G. during their hookup ... and LaBeouf replied, "I don't know, man. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. . . ." repeating the phrase exactly 12 times with various intonations, as if trying to get it just right.

LaBeouf eventually said, "It was what it was."

The Governator's Former Home for Sale

“I’ll be back.” This iconic line was delivered by none other than the Governator, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and he’s now listed his Pacific Palisades mansion for sale. The former Schwarzenegger mansion has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, a duck pond, animal corrals, and tennis courts. You could own this home, where Schwarzenegger could have had his illicit housekeeping liaison, for a cool $23.5 million.

Schwarzenegger is famous for his bodybuilding, acting, and becoming California governor. He won Mr. Europe at age 19 and Mr. Olympia at age 23, becoming the youngest person to hold the title. To date, he has won the Mr. Olympia bodybuilding title a total of 7 times. His breakout acting role was in “Conan the Barbarian” in 1982, but he is most known for his role in the Terminator trilogy. He had several other successful films, including “Running Man”, “Kindergarten Cop”, and “True Lies.”

In 2003, Schwarzenegger became the governor of California, and most recently he has been in the news for separating from his wife after she discovered that he fathered a child with their housekeeper 14 years ago.

Pamela Anderson Sued For Building Failure

Pamela Anderson is being countersued by a big-time developer/former boyfriend who claims her flakiness cost him $22.5 million.

Laurence Hallier, who runs a company that built the Panorama Towers in Las Vegas, signed a deal with Anderson back in 2006, in which she promised to promote the sale of the condominiums by making various personal appearances, and in return she'd get her very own condo.

Short story ... Hallier says in his lawsuit, unlike Leo DeCaprio, who was so effective in promoting Panorama he helped sell more than 100 condos, Pam flaked on appearance after appearance.

Hallier blames Pam on his company's failure to sell a number of the condos and is suing for $22.5 million --- which represents losses from the unsold units.

Pam has already sued Hallier for $1 million, claiming he never gave her the condo he promised.  Pam says according to her deal, if she didn't get the condo Hallier was supposed to pay her $1 million, but Hallier says she's not entitled to the dough because she didn't perform her duties.

Las Vegas condos -- a bad gamble.

When she was just 14 years old actress Natasha Hentsridge legally emancipated herself, packed her bags, left the Canadian trailer park where she lived with her parents and decamped for the chic streets of Paris where she stomped the catwalks as a fresh-faced if barely pubescent walking manikin.

At 15 she appeared on the cover of the French version of Cosmopolitan. Six years and several commercials later Miss Henstridge made her film debut in the sci-fi thriller Species. More films followed (The While Nine Yards and its sequel) as well as a myriad of roles on the tee-vee (Eli Stone, Commander in Chief, She Spies, Would Be Kings).

Lady Gaga Sued For Alleged Misuse Of Charity Money

A Michigan law firm is suing Lady Gaga for supposedly being deceptive about her Japan earthquake relief efforts.

1-800-LAW-FIRM filed a class action lawsuit against Gaga for allegedly keeping a portion of the proceeds from the sale of her We Pray For Japan wristbands, arguing that buyers assumed all of the proceeds were going to earthquake relief.

The firm says Gaga should be held accountable for her actions. The wristbands cost $5, and the firm's automated phone message says it has "uncovered evidence" that not all of the proceeds were donated to relief efforts. It urges others to join the lawsuit.

"Uncovered evidence" ... how scandalous.

Leonardo DiCaprio, 36, has been inseparable from new love Blake Lively, 23, during the past few weeks, but he made some time for his guy friends over the weekend.

Leo hung out with longtime pal Lukas Haas, 35, who recently co-starred with him in Inception and appeared in Red Riding Hood, which Leo produced. Also there was actor Ethan Suplee, 35. Well, his friends are age appropriate!

The guys smoked cigars and chilled -- definitely guy time!

Paulina Rubio Breastfeeds Her Way Out Of Jail

Well this is a new one! Usually women just turn on the tears to get the cops on their side! Singer Paulina Rubio got in a car accident in Miami on Saturday, but got out of jail.

Apparently Rubio got in a minor accident, then for some reason responded to police help by cursing and yelling at officers, which got her arrested.

But after Rubio took an hour to calm down in the back of a police cruiser, the cops didn't take her to jail -- both because the charges were minor ... and she said she had to go home and breastfeed her baby.

We'll remember that next time we get pulled over for speeding!

Leona Lewis Puts Her $2.5 Million Home On The Market

Leona Lewis is selling her four bedroom, four bathroom Mediterranean-style pad in the Hollywood Hills for $2.5 million.

The 26-year-old singer, who won X Factor back in 2006, bought the estate back in 2009 for $1.85 million. As for the mansion, it sits on 4,000 square feet and has a cabana, pool and views of the canyon.

Lewis' hit song "Bleeding Love" debuted on the UK Singles Chart at number one back in October 2007.

Rod Blagojevich ... GUILTY, GUILTY, GUILTY

Rod Blagojevich's next job may be "Celebrity Apprentice, Prison Edition," because a jury just found him guilty of 17 felonies, including bribery and extortion.

The Blagojevich jury wasn't confused the second time around, clearly believing he tried to sell the Senate seat Barack Obama vacated when he was elected Prez.

The jury found the ex-Illinois Governor guilty on 17 out of 20 charges, including wire fraud, attempted extortion, bribery, and on and on.

The wiretap that may have done Blago in captures him saying, "I've got this thing and it's f**king golden, and, uh, uh, I'm just not giving it up for f**king nothing. I'm not gonna do it."

Blagojevich faces upwards of 20 years in prison.

Charlie Sheen SINGLE -- Officially Goddess-less

Charlie Sheen is finally UNCHAINED, the Warlock's last remaining goddess just gave him the chop.

Natalie Kenly moved out last week -- but hell hath no fury like a Warlock scorned ... because we're told, the actor DEMANDED she return the Mercedes he bought her.

According to sources close to the actor, Charlie brushed off the break-up, claiming it's "not a common thing for the Masheen!"

We're told Charlie's penis celebrated the split by declaring war on the entire world, conquering three women from three different countries -- Mexico, Australia, and Colombia -- the very night Kenly walked out.

Avril Lavigne Reunites with Ex-Husband in France!

With boyfriend Brody Jenner nowhere to be seen while on vacation in St. Tropez, Avril Lavigne had an interesting male passenger on board her yacht yesterday: Her ex-husband Deryck Whibley!

The two, who finalized their divorce in November 2010, were seen hugging yesterday in France after Avril stepped out of the water in a pink bikini.

Brody may not have too much to worry about though, as the former couple have remained good friends since the split -- and even worked together on Avril's latest album.

Of their collaboration, Avril told MTV "I respect Deryck so much as an artist ...We're great friends and I'm grateful for the relationship."

Weekend Report: Pixar Tows 'Cars 2' to Top Spot

Riding on approximately 7,700 screens at 4,115 locations, Cars 2 delivered the fourth highest-grossing June opening weekend ever and the fifth highest-grossing opening weekend yet for a Pixar movie.

In second, Bad Teacher bagged an estimated $31 million on around 3,700 screens at 3,049 locations, grading highly thanks to its relatable, outrageous and clearly-conveyed premise.

Meanwhile, Midnight in Paris boasted the smallest drop among nationwide holdovers. The Woody Allen comedy eased eight percent to an estimated $4.5 million, increasing its sum to $28.6 million in 38 days. It eclipsed Vicky Cristina Barcelona and Match Point as Allen's top grossing movie in 25 years (since Hannah and Her Sisters) and ranks fourth overall. While Midnight has an excellent shot at surpassing Hannah's $40.1 million to become Allen's top-grossing picture overall, it won't come close to the the attendance levels of most of Allen's heyday movies, including Annie Hall, Manhattan and Hannah.

Hugh Hefner Steps Out with New Playmate

Hugh, 85, and Anna, 25, were seen sitting next to each other all night at the annual Kandyland event at the Playboy Mansion on Saturday ... where Hefner wore his standard robe and Anna wore some sexy cheetah print lingerie.

The two were seen leaving the party together too.

And it sounds like Anna isn't the only one Hef's seeing these days, as he tweeted yesterday "I haven't been in a one-on-one relationship since the end of my marriage in 1998."

In another tweet he responded to "rumors" he's also dating Shera Bechard, saying "It's more than a rumor."

It wasn't just Hugh and Playmates at the party last night though -- celebs like Paris Hilton, Alex Pettyfer, Amber Rose and Corey Feldman were also in attendance.

Daniel Craig And Rachel Weisz Tie The Knot

Daniel Craig, 43, and Rachel Weisz, 41, wed in New York last Wednesday after dating for less than a year.
The pair met while filming the upcoming movie Dream House together last fall. Weisz was engaged to Black Swan director Darren Aronofsky for five years and the two had dated for four years previous. The couple announced their separation in November just before Weisz and Craig went public with their relationship. Aronofsky and Weisz have a son together -- Henry, age 4.

Craig and Weisz married in front of just four people -- two friends, Craig's daughter Ella, 18, and Weisz's son.
