Jack Nicholson's Hollywood Hills Home DAMAGED IN FIRE

A blaze badly damaged a home in the Hollywood Hills that once was occupied by actor Jack Nicholson, injuring two firefighters.

Fire officials say the blaze broke out shortly before 8 p.m. Friday at a house in the Hollywood Hills. Matt Spence, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Fire Department, says nearly 90 firefighters were on scene with two being taken to a hospital for unknown injuries.

The fire was knocked down in about 1 1/2 hours. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.

Lady Gaga is DATING Actor Taylor Kinney

Lady Gaga has found love in her personal life!

The eccentric singer, 25, is now hooking up with Vampire Diaries actor, Taylor Kinney, according to various online reports.

The two met on the set of Gaga's latest video "You and I" and reportedly have been going on non-stop dates ever since. In the video, Kinney, 30, plays a mad scientist who happens to be the love interest for Gaga's character.

Lady G previously dated boyfriend Luc Carl on and off for several years.

Jewish Orgs. to Warner Bros. BOOT Mel Gibson from Maccabee Movie

A couple of powerful Jewish organizations are lashing out against the decision to hire Mel Gibson to produce a movie about biblical Jewish hero Judah Maccabee.

The Anti-Defamation League has released a statement -- demanding Warner Bros. pull Gibson off the flick immediately ... saying, "As a hero of the Jewish people and a universal hero in the struggle for religious liberty, Judah Maccabee deserves better."

The statement adds, "It would be a travesty to have the story of the Maccabees told by one who has no respect and sensitivity for other people’s religious views."

Rabbi Marvin Hier -- founder and Dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, says putting Mel Gibson to work on a movie about a Jewish hero is "like having a white supremacist portray Martin Luther King Jr."

The story of Judah is a central figure in the story of Hanukkah ... as the brave warrior who drove enemies of Judaism out of Jerusalem.

Kim K & Pauly D INSANE Crowd Forces Cops To Shut Down DASH

Kim Kardashian and DJ Pauly D brought out a HUGE crowd of people during Fashion's Night Out at DASH NYC last night, and the cops were forced to shut it down!

As Beverly News first reported, Pauly D agreed to work the party at the Kardashians' store in NYC for free, as a wedding gift to Kim and Kris Humphries.

According to sources inside the store...NYPD had to step in when the crowd of thousands tried to jump the barricades to get to Pauly as he left the store.

Cops made the Kardashian sisters and all their employees leave the store and turn off all the lights -- essentially telling the crazed fans, "You Gotta Get Outta Here...."

Mel Gibson Making Movie About Jewish Hero Judah Maccabee

Now this is coming as a surprise!

Deadline reported Thursday that famously anti-Semitic Mel Gibson is trying to break back into Hollywood by making a movie about Jewish hero Judah Maccabee.

Gibson will work with Warner Bros. to tell the story of Maccabee, the Jewish warrior who teamed with his father and four brothers to lead the Jewish revolt against Greek-Syrian armies that had conquered Judea in second century B.C. The Maccabees' story is celebrated worldwide through Hanukkah each year.

Gibson will collaborate on the script and has been asked to direct the epic film as well.

In 2006, while being arrested for a DUI, Gibson told a police officer, "F***ing Jews ... the Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world."

His last movie, The Beaver, was praised by critics but made less than $1 million at the U.S. box office.

Charlie Sheen Books First Movie Role Since His Breakdown

Charlie Sheen has signed up for his first movie role since his breakdown earlier this year when he was fired from Two And A Half Men, Variety reports.

The actor will star in the indie film A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charlie Swan III with Jason Schwartzman. Roman Coppola will write and direct.

Sheen will play a successful graphic designer whose money and charm have brought him fame until he heads into a downward spiral.

Sheen recently made a deal to develop a sitcom based on the 2003 Adam Sandler movie Anger Management.

Sheen recently celebrated his birthday with low-key dinners on two separate occasions, with exes Brooke Mueller and Denise Richards. His Comedy Central roast is set to air Sept. 19 -- the same day as the season premiere of Two And A Half Men.

Ricki Lake INJURED During 'Dancing' Rehearsal

Ricki Lake learned the hard way that dancing isn't as easy as it looks, and today she hobbled out of the "Dancing with the Stars" studio with a bruise on her shin.

Lake tweeted, "Not sure how my bruise turned into a medic showing up? I'm fine!!"

Apparently, Ricki is one of the best dancers -- and judging from the nature of the injury, it doesn't look like it will bother her one bit.

Kate Gosselin Buys a NEW CAR

The "Kate Plus 8" star was spotted earlier this week in Wyomissing, PA driving around in an Audi TT sports car. Kate claims she bought the car before her show got canceled.

Yesterday, Kate told PEOPLE "I've never quit a job in my life without having something else lined up. I don't know what's next ...I told [the kids] I will work my fingers to the bone to make sure that they can stay here and go to their school."

Hey Kate, maybe you should of settle for an SUV so you can fit your kids in it too.

Reese Witherspoon HIT BY CAR While Jogging

Reese Witherspoon was rushed to a Santa Monica hospital this morning, after a car struck the actress while she was jogging.

Sources say Reese's injuries were very minor -- nothing life-threatening.

According to law enforcement, the driver was an 84-year-old woman. Reese was crossing the street at the time of the accident....and the driver failed to stop.

The driver was cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian and released.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Premiere Skyrockets In Ratings

The numbers are in for the controversial premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' second season on Monday -- and they're BIG!

The premiere got 2.2 million viewers -- it was up 42 percent from the first season's premiere last year.

The first season finale of the show got 2.8 million viewers, so, arguably, the second season's premiere was down a bit when compared to that. But, analysts pointed out that the drop could have been a result of the Labor Day holiday.

One thing's for sure: viewers did not see Russell Armstrong's suicide as a reason to stay away from the show.

But will the ratings remain?....only time will tell.

Reese Witherspoon is a happily married woman, but Jim Toth's wife is opening up in Marie Claire's October issue about her difficult divorce from Ryan Phillippe.

Witherspoon tells the magazine:

"I was hard on myself when I got divorced. And until I got remarried, I don't think I realized how stressed I was. I feel so much relief. I don't think I realized how stressed I was being a single parent. It was really, really stressful. It's not easy on anybody."

Kate Gosselin "FREAKING OUT" Over Supporting Kids Without Show

Kate Gosselin is VERY UPSET about her TLC reality show, Kate Plus 8 being canceled.

She's on the cover of this week's People, telling the magazine she's worried about maintaining the lifestyle she and her kids have become accustomed to thanks to the cash from the show.

"I'm freaking out. Big time. ... I told them [my kids] I will work my fingers to the bone to make sure that they can stay here and go to their school. There are no guarantees in life for anyone, but they know that I'm giving it my best shot."

Cher Will Be in the Audience to Support Chaz Bono on "Dancing with the Stars"

Cher will make a surprise appearance on "Dancing with the Stars" to support her son, Chaz Bono.

Sources have said the criticism over the transgender contestant has given Cher even more resolve to stand behind Chaz.

Cher is not saying which day she'll show up, but she has made it clear she will be in the audience for at least one show.

Cher's motive is NOT to drive votes for her son -- rather to make a statement of support and a statement against what she considers to be bigotry.

Adele Doesn't Like Going to the Gym

Adele is gracing the cover of the latest issue of British Vogue, and she tells the magazine that she likes her body just the way it is.

She said:

"My life is full of drama and I won't have time to worry about something as petty as what I look like. I don't like going to the gym. I like eating fine foods and drinking nice wine. ... I've seen people where it rules their lives, who want to be thinner or have bigger boobs, and how it wears them down. And I don't want that in my life."

The singer also revealed her pre-show ritual, she tells the magazine that she vomits from nerves before going out of stage! She adds:

"I'm scared of audiences. One show in Amsterdam I was so nervous I escaped out the fire exit. ... Once in Brussels I projectile vomited on someone. I just gotta bear it. But I don't like touring. I have anxiety attacks a lot."

 

I guess that explains why she doesn't move her hips on stage, only her lips....

Russell Armstrong's Family Says He Was MURDERED

Russell Armstrong's family doesn't believe suicide was the cause of death -- they truly believe he was murdered, and they're hiring a private detective on the case.

Although the L.A. County Coroner ruled Russell's death was a suicide by hanging, sources close to the situation say the family is convinced -- Russell's money problems caused him to get involved "with the wrong people." They believe Russell may have screwed someone over out of desperation and that person or persons retaliated by killing him.

The family is in the process of hiring a private investigator.

Demi Moore Gets Graphic in "Bunraku" -- Trailer FIRST LOOK

Demi Moore hasn't starred in a wide-release movie since 2007's Mr. Brooks with Kevin Costner. Now, she appears as the love interest in Bunraku, a graphic action/fantasy flick.

In the film, Moore plays a femme fatale, and teams up again with her Indecent Proposal co-star Woody Harrelson. Josh Hartnett also stars in the movie.

Chaz Bono Says: "I'm Just a Regular Guy"

Chaz Bono appeared on Good Morning America Tuesday to defend himself against the backlash he's seen since being casted on Dancing With The Stars.
 
He said:

"I'm just a regular guy. All these ideas that children can't watch me, that I'm going to be confusing, it's just crazy, and for all the kids and teens out there with gender dysphoria, I think it's going to have a really positive impact. When I was growing up, if I had seen somebody like me on a show like this, it would have made all the difference in the world."

When asked if he would used the show to promote transgender awareness, Bono seemed a bit offended by it, saying, "It's a dancing show, I'm just going to be dancing."

Anthony Michael Hall ARRESTED in Los Angeles

Anthony Michael Hall was arrested Monday night after an incident at his condo complex in Los Angeles.

Apparently Hall was yelling, ripping up shrubbery and pounding on people's doors. A neighbor confronted the actor about his behavior, and Hall threatened the neighbor with bodily harm.

He was booked on suspicion of disturbing the peace and was released after midnight.
Hall, known for 80s hits such as Sixteen Candles and Weird Science, starred on the USA show The Dead Zone from 2002 to 2007 and has since done TV and film work.

Lady Gaga Goes BAREFACED For Harper's Bazaar

My Chemical Romance's Drummer is a THEIF!

"My Chemical Romance" is currently looking for a new drummer because the band just FIRED their percussionist for allegedly STEALING THEIR STUFF

After the band officially 86'd Michael Pedicone -- they offered an explanation on their website, saying, "He was caught red handed stealing from the band and confessed to police after our show [Thursday] night in Auburn, Washington."

MCR added -- "The band has no intention of pressing charges or taking this matter any further than we have to. We just want him out of our lives."

As for Michael -- he doesn't deny having some issues with his former band mates -- posting on his Twitter, "What happened is more complicated than it sounds but I did make a mistake. It was never my intention to hurt this band or all of you."

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Premiere: What Was Left Out

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' much-talked-about second season premiered on Bravo Monday night in the wake of cast member Taylor Armstrong's estranged husband's suicide.

The "special" that the network had promised turned out to be a few-minutes-long taped gathering of the wives (all except Taylor) to discuss the suicide several days after it happened. They reflected on Russell's death, a few of them teared up and things concluded fairly quickly with Kyle Richards' remark, "I think a lot of us feel some guilt about not seeing this coming. Life goes on. It has to."

In the episode, Taylor's marriage was discussed, with Lisa's husband, Ken, saying that couples who need therapy are "weak." But a scene involving Taylor shopping for lingerie to spice things up was edited out.
Bravo had already announced it was re-editing the season. Executive producer Douglas Ross tells Us Weekly:

"We've completed editing on the first few episodes, but are still reviewing the rest of the season. Russell does not appear in the first several episodes. At this point, I can't say if Russell will appear at all."

Many will wonder what will be left out -- Taylor and Russell's marriage was allegedly emotionally and physically abusive.

Regis Philbin Leaves Morning Show in November

November 18, 2011 will be the LAST TIME Regis Philbin will host "Live with Regis and Kelly."

80-year-old Regis made the announcement this morning -- but there's still a HUGE mystery ... no one knows who his replacement will be.

There are a handful of fill-in hosts who are rumored to have a shot at the gig -- including "Dancing with the Stars" alum Psycho Mike, "Survivor" host Jeff Probst and Howie Mandel.

Madonna's NEW ALBUM Scheduled For Spring 2012

While at the Venice Film Festival, Madonna revealed that she's working on a new album and plans to release it next spring.

"I've started a little bit of work in the studio," she said, saying she will work on the album in New York through the end of this year and drop her first single in February or March.

The album will be her first since cutting ties with Warner Bros. Records. Her last album, 2008's Hard Candy, debuted at No. 1 and sold almost 4 million copies worldwide. But, the record industry has changed a lot since 2008 thanks to the Internet.

Scarlett Johansson Sizzles in "Bonnie & Clyde" Music Video

Scarlett Johansson is showing off her sexy and sultry voice in the remake of Serge Gainsbourg's classic song "Bonnie & Clyde."

The video is a commercial for Moet & Chandon champagne, Scarlett still manages to look incredibly gorgeous while singing along with Gainsbourg's son, Lulu. The duo have teamed up for a tribute album called Gainsbourg To Lulu.

The original song, released in 1968, was sung by the gorgeous Brigitte Bardot.

It's obvious Lindsay Lohan sure loves the camera. Though the actress is often photographed by Tyler Shields, she's now in two new pics from photog Terry Richardson.

Richardson just posted these pics of Lindsay. The top one is "in front of Room 69," the bottom one is Lindsay at one of her favorite late night spots -- the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood.

Lindsay won't admit she loves the cameras -- she Tweeted at Richardson, "I didn't know they [the pics] would be on twitter! hahahaha." However, that Tweet came after she re-Tweeted Richardson's original Tweet of one of the pics.
