The biggest shopping event of the year went down last night -- and the stars mingled with huge crowds for the third annual Fashion's Night Out.
Over 100 stores in New York City alone participated in the worldwide event, where big name fashionistas rubbed elbows and even gave advice to the everyday shopper.
Justin Bieber was seen messing around with Usher at a Dolce & Gabbana bash in NY. Sarah Jessica Parker at the Fred Leighton Boutique in New York City. Vanessa Hudgens attends the Fatigues to Fabulous event, and Kelly Osbourne seen in Chicago.
The Olson Twins at the "Miss for a Must" event and Arnold Schwarzenegger was seen with daughter Katherine at the Trust Your Senses At DVF event in Los Angeles.
