Sherri Shepherd Says She’s Not Paying Child Support For Surrogate Child

As if the situation weren’t messy enough, TV personality Sherri Shepherd is refusing to pay child support for the child she and estranged husband Lamar Sally agreed to have via surrogate.

Sources are reporting that Shepherd is refusing to pay support since she believes the surrogacy was a set up by Sally in the first place so that he could make a come up from the child support. Sources close to the couple are saying Shepherd no longer wants custody or to even be considered a parent and get stuck with massive child support payments.

Sally and Shepherd recently filed separate court docs to end their marriage.

The baby is due this month to a surrogate who signed a contract with the couple. The baby is said to have been created with Lamar’s sperm and an egg of the surrogate’s meaning Shepherd has no biological ties to the child. Sources say initially Shepherd opted for in-vitro, but once that was unsuccessful her and Lamar explored surrogacy.

Anne Hathaway: We're Not Board

We gotta give Anne Hathaway credit ... the actress and her husband actually did something pretty funny Friday in NYC.

The 31-year old and her hubby Adam Shulman took their dogs for a walk -- and they were clearly expecting paparazzi to go along for the ride.

Anne advertised some of her favorite websites -- girleffect.org. feedingamerica.org and worldofchildren.org -- and Shulman wished everyone a happy 4th. They even gave Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone credit.

Maybe she's not so annoying after all.

Mya Shuts Down Rumors Jay Z Cheated On Beyonce With Her

Oh hell no! -- that's basically what Mya said to a fan who asked about the rumor that the singer had had decade-long affair with Jay Z.

On Thursday an eloquent fan wrote on the "Lady Marmalade" songstress' Instagram, "Heard you and Jay Z had an 11-year-affair. Are you his side chick or nah?"

Instead of turning the other cheek, Mya met the rumor head on, writing back, "Never did, never was, never will."

Mya added, "Illegitimate, thirsty sources with no facts and that's the ‘media' for you-especially today."

Shia LaBeouf Looks Like He's Living On The Street

Shia LaBeouf was so sleepy he could barely keep his eyes open when he ventured out to grab coffee in L.A. today, but what really caught our attention was his ratty attire!

From the t-shirt with holes to the dirty jeans to the tattered shoes, if we didn't know better we would think the actor was living on the streets!

It's been a rough couple weeks for the Transformers star, so we almost can't blame him for looking a bit disheveled!

After his arrest for disorderly conduct in New York last week, the Hollywood bad boy's rep confirmed that his client was seeking treatment for alcohol addiction.

‘Transformers: Age of Extinction’ Tops Melissa McCarthy’s ‘Tammy’ at U.S. Box Office

The giant robots of Michael Bay’s “Transformers: Age of Extinction” have won round 1 of the U.S. box office battle with Melissa McCarthy and her road comedy “Tammy,” earning $7.7 million on Wednesday.

The “Transformers” figure, achieved in its sixth day of domestic release by Paramount, came in 24% above the first-day “Tammy” gross at $6.2 million — which included $1.3 million from late-night showings on Tuesday.

Those numbers indicate that “Transformers: Age of Extinction” will dominate the five-day Fourth of July holiday weekend with around $55 million to $60 million, while “Tammy” looks likely to finish the holiday frame in the $35 million range.

The fourth “Transformers” posted the biggest U.S. opening weekend of 2014 with $100 million and has added $28 million in the following three days. By Sunday, the domestic gross should be near $180 million — making it the year’s seventh-highest domestic grosser after 10 days.

Channing Tatum and Steve Carell In 'Foxcatcher' Trailer

The new trailer for Foxcatcher hit the web yesterday, which tells the story of Olympic wrestling champ brothers Mark and David Schultz and their twisted relationship with their wealthy and mentally unstable sponsor, John Eleuthere du Pont.

In the 1980s du Pont invited Mark to train at his Foxcatcher facility with the U.S. wrestling team to prepare for the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, but when Mark's older brother Dave also arrives to train with the group, tensions rise. Dave was shot to death by du Pont several years later.

Despite the fact that the movie's release date was pushed back nearly a year, Bennett Miller (Moneyball and Capote) won the award for Best Director at Cannes after the film's debut earlier this spring.

From Carell's physical transformation to Channing's acting chops, this is definitely on our must-see list.

"Foxcatcher" hits theaters on November 14.

Watch the trailer below....

Richard Pryor's Kids Say Nick Cannon Can't Play Our Dad

Nick Cannon seems to think he has the role of Richard Pryor locked up for a new biopic ... but Pryor's kids say they don't think he cuts it ... but they say they know who can.

Richard Pryor Jr. and Rain Pryor say the man for the role is Marlon Wayans. They believe Wayans understands their dad's psyche and can connect with the character in a compelling way.
As for Nick ... they just don't think he has the acting chops to pull off the role. They say "Drumline" doesn't give him the credit to play Richard.

But the kids have a more fundamental problem with the biopic ... they tell us it dishonors their dad because it's become a vanity project for their stepmom, Jennifer Pryor, who they believe will skew Richard's life to make her look good.

The kids are also clearly pissed they've been cut out of the project.

Lindsay Lohan Suing ‘Grand Theft Auto’ Makers

Lindsay Lohan is suing Take-Two Interactive and Rockstar Games — the makers of Grand Theft Auto V — for putting a supporting character in their video game who allegedly speaks and acts just like her.

“The portraits of Lohan used on the cover and in the game by Defendant's were unauthorized and unlawful,” claims the lawsuit filed Tuesday in the Supreme Court of the State of New York.

The character's name is Lacey Jonas (above, right). After the game‘s protagonist encounters her, he's tasked with helping her evade paparazzi. Along the way, the Jonas character rambles on about the caloric content of french fries, obsessed fans, and — ironically enough — the litany of lawsuits by which she's grown encumbered.

Cameron Diaz On Why She Doesn't Want Kids, Why She's Happy Being Single

Cameron Diaz covers the August issue of Esquire magazine, and the actress gets surprisingly candid about aging, babies, and relationships!

Even though she's 40-years-old, she insists she's content with getting older.

"I love it. So much s– just falls away. Fear, mostly. It's the best age. That's when a woman knows how to work things, or she doesn’t care about that anymore. You just stop being afraid. You don't worry about what men think. You just don't worry that time registers anything awful," she explained to the mag.

Not only that, but the Sex Tape star claims her biological clock was never ticking very loudly.

"It's so much more work to have children. To have lives besides your own that you are responsible for – I didn't take that on. ... A baby – that's all day, every day for 18 years. Not having a baby might really make things easier, but that doesn't make it an easy decision. I like protecting people, but I was never drawn to being a mother," she confessed.

Katherine Heigl: I Was 'Angry' At Hollywood 'For Betraying Me'

At one point, Katherine Heigl was red-hot in Hollywood.

Looking back, however, she admitted she may have done one too many romantic comedies after her star-making turn in "Grey's Anatomy."

"I had an amazing time. I love romantic comedies. But maybe I hit it a little too hard," she told Marie Claire UK. "I couldn’t say no. I stopped challenging myself. It became a bit by rote and, as a creative person, that can wear you down."

So, Heigl, 35, decided to take some time off and focus on her family and herself. As she and her husband Josh Kelley retreated to a farm in Utah with their two young daughters, the "Knocked Up" actress finally felt able to "shut down all the noise."

Report: Portia De Rossi Secretly Went To Rehab In May

Portia de Rossi secretly checked into rehab in early May, In Touch reports.

The Aussie actress reportedly spent 30 days at the Passages Malibu facility, and her doting wife Ellen Degeneres would visit every weekend to lend her support.

It's unclear what the Arrested Development star was being treated for, but she previously sought treatment for an eating disorder in 2000.

Jack Osbourne Buys Studio City Home For $3.2 Million

Jack Osbourne and wife Lisa Stelly just snatched up this Studio City, California house for $3.2 million.

The abode's most appealing feature is that it has over a dozen security cameras placed within the estate to ensure maximum security. The ironic part about that is that the pad is located right down the street from the real place where they film Big Brother.

Jennifer Lopez: "I Would Want Selena Gomez To Play Me In A Movie"

Jennifer Lopez played latin singer Selena in a movie, and now J.Lo wants Selena Gomez to play her.

"I would want Selena Gomez to play me in a movie. She is a cutie," the 44-year-old confessed in a recent interview.

There's no biopic in the works, but Bieber's lady love would probably jump at the chance to portray Jenny from the Block on the big screen.

Shia LaBeouf Books it For Alcohol Treatment

Shia LaBeouf showed strong signs today he's getting help for some kind of substance abuse issue in the wake of his string of bizarre meltdowns.

Shia was in the L.A. area ... clutching an Alcoholics Anonymous book.

We don't know if Shia is just reading up or taking more formal action ... but it would seem there's a connection to his arrest last week after causing a scene at Studio 54 in NYC.  As we reported, there have been other -- apparently alcohol-fueled incidents -- at a strip club in New York a week earlier and at a restaurant in L.A. a month ago.

Robin Williams In Rehab Facility To Maintain Sobriety

Robin Williams is at a rehab facility again ...but his people say it's NOT because he fell off the wagon.

Williams is at Hazelden Addiction Treatment Center near Lindstrom, Minnesota.

Robin is in a part of the facility called The Lodge -- there are lots of fancy descriptions, but it's essentially a program to maintain long-term sobriety.

We're told Robin will be staying for several weeks.

The picture (above) was taken Sunday at a Dairy Queen ... walking distance from Hazelden.

Robin has struggled with addiction for decades.  He cold turkeyed cocaine and alcohol in the early 1980s and was sober for 20 years ... then fell off the wagon.  He went to rehab in 2006.

Robin's rep tells sources, "After working back-to-back projects, Robin is simply taking the opportunity to fine-tune and focus on his continued commitment, of which he remains extremely proud."

Shia LaBeouf Checks Into Rehab In Hollywood

After a less-than-perfect weekend which included a seemingly substance-induced blow-up in New York leading to his arrest and subsequent disorderly conduct charge, Shia LaBeouf is finally seeking help.

Sources are reporting that the troubled actor is getting help at a celebrity-frequented treatment facility in Hollywood.

After arriving back in Los Angeles Sunday night, Shia has stayed out of trouble, hiding in his Hollywood Hills home.

The Transformers star was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and harassment last Thursday at the Broadway show Cabaret. According to reports, the Hollywood bad boy was yelling obscenities and acting erratically during the first act of the play, and when security guards asked him to leave he flew into a rage.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Brings Back Adrienne and Camille

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" producers have lured back 2 big stars ... one of whom they fired.

Camille Grammer and Adrienne Maloof are the secret to restoring the show to its former ratings glory ... at least that's what producers are banking on.

Pretty ironic ... Camille was fired after her divorce from Kelsey.   Her problem ... she went from crazy to boring after her divorce.

Adrienne was a hell-freezes-over type girl, because we're told producers said they would NEVER work with her again after she quit the show.

But times and ratings change.  Now that the show has 86'd Carlton Gebbia and Joyce Giraud crashed and burned, there was a gigantic hole in the cast ... now filled.

Harrison Ford: Back On One Foot After 'Star Wars' Injury

Harrison Ford isn't going to let a little broken foot keep him down -- he was spotted in London over the weekend with his banged up limb strapped to a contraption possibly borrowed from C-3PO.

Ford suffered the injury while filming "Star Wars: Episode VII" earlier this month. The injury required surgery, and some say reports say he could be on the shelf for as long as 6 months.

So far Disney is sticking to the release date of December 18, 2015 ... so the 71-year-old will have to heal quickly to stick to the shooting schedule.

Robert Downey Jr. Son Arrested For Coke Possession

Robert Downey Jr.'s son was arrested for cocaine possession in West Hollywood Sunday afternoon ... law enforcement sources confirm.

Indio Downey was a passenger in a car at around 2 PM PT when cops drove up along side the vehicle and noticed the passenger was smoking something out of a pipe.

An L.A. County Sheriff's deputy pulled the car over, did a search and allegedly found cocaine in Indio's possession. He was arrested and taken to jail for possession of cocaine.

20-year-old Indio -- who appeared in "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" -- posted his $10K bail and was released just after midnight Sunday.

Robert Downey Jr. famously struggled with drug addiction and ended up in prison. The drugs that got him in so much trouble -- cocaine and heroin.

Justin Bieber And Chris Brown Battle It Out At BET's Celebrity Basketball Game

In anticipation for their annual awards show, BET gathered all the star power it could for the Sprite Celebrity Basketball Game during the 2014 BET Experience and featured a couple of prominent pop stars: Justin Bieber and Chris Brown.

The two were on opposite sides for the game as they showed off their respective basketball prowess in the star-studded match. For Chris, this was a precursor for the main event as he will be taking the stage at this year's BET Awards show for the first time since his release from jail.

"People deserve a second chance," CEO Debra Lee said. "After he had done his service and his time, we, as a team, decided it’s OK to have Chris back, and let’s see how the audience feels."

Box Office: 'Transformers: Age of Extinction' Makes $100 Million During It's Debut Weekend

Transformers: Age of Extinction” dominated the global box office this weekend, debuting to an estimated $100 million in the U.S. and $301.3 million worldwide, while announcing itself as a box office blockbuster in a summer defined by welterweights.

Both the domestic and international figures represent high-water marks for the year and set the film up for what promises to be a competitive Fourth of July holiday.

Backed by Paramount Pictures, the film cost $210 million after rebates, while trading in the troubled star of the original films Shia Labeouf for the more press-friendly Mark Wahlberg, a move that seemed to extend the life of the $2.6 billion-grossing series.

“All of the new elements worked out great,” said Rob Moore, vice chairman of Paramount Pictures. “Mark Wahlberg has taken on the leadership of the franchise and Michael [Bay] has re-energized this franchise.”

Neil Patrick Harris Lists Sherman Oaks Home For $2.99 Million

Neil Patrick Harris just listed his L.A. home for $2.99 million, which doesn't surprise us considering how much time the actor and his family have been spending on the East coast.

The How I Met Your Mother star purchased the abode four years ago for $2.1 million, then gave it an extensive renovation - hence the massive jump in the selling price.
