Still, given that Ben has been banned from several casinos over the last few months, this isn't exactly good press for him!

Fresh from her split with choreographer Casper Smart, Jennifer Lopez may have a new dancing man in her life.

Lopez and Dancing With the Stars pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy have been talking, according to sources for People, and though they're "taking it slow due to work commitments," it sounds like there could be some potential here!

"He danced with her at the [American Music Awards last November] and they kept in touch," a friend of the singer's tells the mag. J. Lo's bestie Leah Remini was the one who introduced the duo, and both of the ladies attended Maksim's brother Val's 28th birthday bash in Los Angeles in March.

After rumors that Smart was fooling around with transsexual models, several websites reported that Lopez and Smart ended their relationship after two and a half years together. "It has actually been an amicable process that started a few months ago," an insider tells Us Weekly. "It wasn't an easy decision, but they decided to stay friends ... Their relationship couldn't work with the distance. He started trying to establish his own life and career, and she is so focused on hers, and they just couldn't be all about each other anymore."

Tracy Morgan: Publicist Says He's Improving

Comedian Tracy Morgan, who was badly injured in a weekend highway crash, is showing signs of improvement in a New Jersey hospital where he remains in critical condition, his publicist said on Thursday.

The pileup on the New Jersey Turnpike early on Saturday killed comedian James "Jimmy Mack" McNair and injured Morgan and three others in their limousine van.

Morgan, 45, best known for roles on "30 Rock" and "Saturday Night Live," suffered injuries including a broken leg, nose and ribs and was hospitalized at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. 

"Today was a better day. While Tracy remains in critical, but stable, condition, he continues to show signs of improvement," publicist Lewis Kay said in a statement.

"His medical team remains optimistic that his recovery is progressing," Kay said.

Susan Sarandon: My Manager Screwed Me Out of Millions

Susan Sarandon claims she was betrayed by her former business manager who lured her into investing more than $10 MILLION in a real estate deal the manager was using to line his own pockets.

Sarandon has filed a lawsuit in which she claims her moneyman Richard Francis convinced her to invest a huge sum of money in a real estate partnership.  Sarandon says unbeknownst to her ... Francis and his son had a huge stake in the venture.

Sarandon put more than half the value of her portfolio in the real estate venture -- sources say somewhere between $10 and $20 MILLION.

The actress fired Francis last year and then says she discovered 3 shocking things -- Francis had a secret stake in the deal, there was no liquid cash in the venture, and if she wanted out she would get only 50 cents on every dollar she invested.

So now she's suing Francis, claiming she's been duped and wants him to pay her millions.

Ruby Dee Legendary Actress and Civil Rights Activist Dies at 91

Ruby Dee -- one of the legendary actresses in Hollywood and on Broadway, died Wednesday night.

Ruby was at home in New Rochelle, NY ... surrounded by family when she passed away ... according to sources connected to the family. A rep confirmed the death.

Ruby was a pioneer for African-American women in Hollywood ... and is perhaps best known for her starring role in the 1960s film "A Raisin in the Sun" -- and her roles in the Spike Lee movies "Do the Right Thing" and "Jungle Fever." Her most recent big budget Hollywood film was "American Gangster" ... she played Denzel Washington's mother.

Harrison Ford Injured On The Set of ‘Star Wars: Episode VII’

Harrison Ford has been injured on the set of Disney and LucasFilm’s new “Star Wars” movie.

According to Disney, the 71 year-old actor was hospitalized after sustaining a bad ankle injury during filming on Wednesday.

“He was taken to a local hospital and is receiving care,” the statement reads.

Ford was at Pinewood studios in England when a hydraulic door reportedly fell down and hit him, possibly fracturing his ankle.

He was airlifted to a hospital shortly after the incident.

The J.J. Abrams-directed “Star Wars: Episode VII,” co-starring Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill, will continue shooting at Pinewood Studios while ‘Han Solo’ gets treatment.

The new “Star Wars” movie also stars newcomers John Boyega, Oscar Isaac and Adam Driver and hits theaters December 18, 2015.

Robin Thicke Names His Next Album ‘Paula'

Sometimes "sorry" just doesn’t cut it, so Robin Thicke is offering up a most public apology by reportedly naming his next album after his estranged wife.

According to Rap-Up, the R&B singer has decided on the name Paula for his next album, the follow-up to his breakthrough No. 1 album "Blurred Lines."

Thicke and his high-school squeeze Paula Patton announced their separation back in February after nearly nine years of marriage. They have a son, Julian Fuego, who was born in April 2010. Thicke met Patton when he was just 14, and their romance was chronicled in "For the Rest of My Life," a single lifted from 2013's Blurred Lines.

Depending on who you believe, their relationship breakdown may have been triggered by photos surfacing which depicting Thicke getting cozy with other ladies. Though Thicke has downplayed it all.

Since he famously walked away from his hit Comedy Central series "Chappelle's Show" nearly a decade ago, Dave Chappelle has become the comedy equivalent of J.D. Salinger, a celebrated artist happy to stay out of the limelight and keep his work mostly to himself -- much to the dismay of his many eager fans.

But the reclusive comedian has been slowly edging back into the spotlight over the past year. On Tuesday, he made his first late-night television appearance in six years on "The Late Show With David Letterman" in advance of a string of eight nearly sold-out stand-up shows at Radio City Music Hall next week.

Rob Kardashian Overseeing Construction On Sister Khloe's Calabasas Home While She Films In The Hamptons

Khloe Kardashian headed to the Hamptons for the summer to film her spinoff reality show with sister Kourtney, and while she's away, her younger brother Rob is overseeing construction on her new home in Calabasas.

"Having my brother oversee my construction at our new house while I'm in NY is a tad scary. I'm way too controlling lol," the reality star tweeted on Tuesday.

The youngest member of the K clan was quick to assure his sibling she had nothing to worry about, though!

"I got u don't you worry. Got the boom boom room all set up and everythangggggg," he tweeted back.

Umm… what on Earth is a boom boom room?! That sounds sexual, and it kind of creeps us out for relatives to be talking that way.

The reality star purchased Justin Bieber's home in March for $7.2 million, and if we had to guess she's probably working overtime to make the pad a little less teenager and a little more mature.

Tracy Morgan Accident: Driver In Fatal Crash Pleads Not Guilty

Kevin Roper -- the truck driver facing charges over the fatal crash that involved Tracy Morgan -- pled not guilty in a New Brunswick court this afternoon.

Roper is facing charges of death by auto and assault by auto. His bail was set at $50,000.

Roper was driving a truck for Walmart on Saturday when he struck Morgan's limo. One person died as a result and Morgan is still in the hospital in critical condition.

Roper has not only maintained his innocence ... he says he's a scapegoat because a celeb was involved. He says this was simply an accident.

The ‘Dumb and Dumber 2‘ trailer is here, and it shows that Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels haven’t lost a step in returning to Harry and Lloyd’s idiotic shoes. Sure, late in the game sequels aren’t always great, but this suggests that the magic could very well be back.

Dr. Dre Lists Hollywood Hills Home For $35 Million

After purchasing Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen's $40 million Brentwood dream home, Dr. Dre has listed his former Hollywood Hills home for $35 million.

The music mogul bought the 9,696-square-foot mansion in 2011 for $15.4 million, and there's no indication that it was remodeled, so we're not sure why Dre. is asking such a steep price! I mean it's nice, but $20 mil more than he paid for it three years ago seems like a bit much.

The home has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms and sits on a three-quarter-acre lot with 300-degree views of the city, mountains and ocean, and key features include a library/media room, a den, a wine cellar, a guest house and a swimming pool.

"Napoleon Dynamite" Cast Reunites For 10th Anniversary

It's hard to believe that it's been 10 years since "Napoleon Dynamite's" theatrical debut. "Gosh!"

To celebrate the big milestone, Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite), Pedro (Efren Ramirez), Deb (Tina Majorino), Summer Wheatley (Haylie Duff), Grandma (Sandy Martin), Lafawnduh (Shondrella Avery) and Rex (Diedrich Bader) came together at the 20th Century Fox Studios lot in Los Angeles on Monday for a panel discussion.

The cast also posed for pictures with a commemorative bronze statue of Napoleon wearing his iconic outfit, complete with his "Vote For Pedro" T-shirt, high-waisted jeans and moonboots.

James Franco Pens Short Story About Not Sleeping With Lindsay Lohan

James Franco is once again denying he had relations with Lindsay Lohan -- this time in an artistic way.

After appearing on Lilo's infamous "sex list," Franco refuted the sexploits on Howard Stern in April. The Renaissance man penned a short story for Vice in which the characters seem to shadow his relationship to the Mean Girls actress, even going so far to the name the Hollywood starlet in the story "Lindsay."

His story, titled "Bungalow 89," tells the story of a Hollywood actor, staying at the famed Chateau Marmont for an extended time while his house is being renovated and who encounters fallen actress Lindsay. This "Lindsay" seems to share more than a few similarities to the 27-year-old Canyons star.

In the short story, Franco writes, "She was a Hollywood girl, but a damaged one. Let's call this girl Lindsay." He added, "Now we were lying in bed. I wasn't going to f*** her. She had her head on my shoulder. She started to talk. I let her."

The Spring Breakers star also wrote: "She was a talented child actress, and now she's famous because she gets into trouble." He adds, "Her career suffered, and she started getting arrested (stealing, DUIs, car accidents, other things)."

Donald Sterling: I'm Gonna Sue The NBA After All

Donald Sterling has flip-flopped once again ... now the disgraced Clippers owner says he WILL sue the NBA for one billion dollars because "I must fight to protect my rights."

Sterling's attorney released a statement saying Donald never wanted to sell the team ... though he never explained why he ever changed his mind in the first place.

"I have decided that I must fight to protect my rights," Sterling said in the statement

"While my position may not be popular, I believe that my rights to privacy and the preservation of my rights to due process should not be trampled. I love the team and have dedicated 33 years of my life to the organization. I intend to fight to keep the team."

Sigourney Weaver Set To Return In Three 'Avatar' Sequels

Sigourney Weaver is set to appear in the three Avatar sequels which James Cameron plans to shoot later this year. The three films will be shot back-to-back and the first is currently scheduled to arrive in theaters across the United States in December 2016.

Following the announcement Cameron said: "Sigourney and I have a long creative history, dating back to 1985 when we made Aliens. We're good friends who've always worked well together, so it just feels right that she's coming back for the Avatar sequels. Her character of Grace Augustine, as fans know, died in the first movie, so she's playing a different and in many ways more challenging character in the upcoming films. We're both looking forward to this new creative challenge, the latest chapter in our long and continuing collaboration."

Twentieth Century Fox and Lightstorm Entertainment will make the next three Avatar films in New Zealand.

Hillary Clinton Says Family 'Dead Broke' After White House

Hillary Clinton claims her family was "dead broke" and saddled with legal bills after she and Bill Clinton left the White House -- a comment that drew ridicule Monday from Republicans.

The former first lady made the remarks to ABC News in an interview that aired Monday.

"We came out of the White House not only dead broke, but in debt," Clinton told ABC News. "We had no money when we got there, and we struggled to, you know, piece together the resources for mortgages, for houses, for Chelsea's education. You know, it was not easy."

The Clintons, though, did all right for themselves, and quickly -- Bill Clinton almost immediately hit the speaking circuit, making millions along the way.

As Michael Jackson's estate grows in value, the yearly allowance his children Prince, 17, Paris, 16, and Blanket, 12, share has increased from $5 million to $8 million-and it sounds like they take full advantage of it.

Page Six talks to sources including former Jackson friend Marc Schaffel, who's now engaged to Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe, for details on how the kids spend their money: 

-Prince has spent more than $50,000 on custom-made jewelry for three of his girlfriends, plus $40,000 on a new Ford pick-up truck. He wants to save enough money to buy back his father's Neverland Ranch, currently in control of creditors with an asking price of $35 million.

-Paris also likes to buy gifts for friends, including shoes and athletic gear. The annual cost for her to stay at a therapeutic boarding school, following last year's suicide attempt, is also in the six figures.

-Blanket likes to take his cousins to dinners at expensive restaurants; their nights out, which also include trips to the movies, typically come to about $500 plus tips. He also spends $200 an hour for karate lessons and a personal trainer.

Nasim Pedrad Not Likely To Return To Saturday Night Live

Nasim Pedrad hinted she's not likely to return to Saturday Night Live while speaking on a panel at ATX Television Festival on Sunday, June 8.

The funny woman, who is best known for impersonating Kim Kardashian and Arianna Huffington on SNL, has joined FOX's multi-camera comedy Mulaney and likely won't be returning for the NBC hit's 40th season.

Halle Berry Ordered To Pay $16K a Month In Child Support

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have finally reached a settlement regarding child support payments for their 6-year-old daughter, Nahla.

Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon approved the agreement, which calls for the Oscar-winning actress to pay $16,000 a month to her ex-boyfriend, or nearly $200,000 a year. This is in effect until Nahla turns 19 or graduates from high school, whichever comes first.

Berry, 47, will cover their daughter's school tuition (estimated at $30,000 a year), but she and Aubry, 38, will split health care expenses. Berry must also pay the Canadian model a retroactive payment of $115,000 and $300,000 to his attorneys to cover the costs of their custody dispute.

In 2012, the former couple was involved in a bitter custody quarrel, with a judge blocking the actress from moving their daughter to France. After a nearly year-long court battle, Berry and Aubry eventually reached an agreement, and the two share equal custody of Nahla.

The actress gave birth to Nahla in 2008 after dating Aubry for two years. They broke up in April 2010.

Berry wed Olivier Martinez, 48, in July 2013. They have an 8-month-old son, Maceo-Robert.

Tom Cruise is stuck in a box-office loop. This past weekend saw the release of Edge of Tomorrow, a brisk sci-fi thriller in which Cruise plays a futuristic fighter doomed to repeat the same battle over and over again. It's one of the best-reviewed films of Cruise's decades-spanning career. But while the film performed strongly internationally, Edge had a disappointing $29.1 million opening weekend in the U.S., and it looks certain to join recent Cruise vehicles like Oblivion, Rock Of Ages and Jack Reacher as domestic underperformers.

The 51-year-old Cruise can't bear all the responsibility for the film's underwhelming opening, of course; Edge opened the same weekend as the blockbusting weepie The Fault in Our Stars, and some moviegoers were surely turned off by the sci-fi film's marketing, which failed to properly set up Edge's time-twisting premise. Sandra Bullock: Home Broken Into While She Was There

Sandra Bullock's home was broken into early Sunday morning ... and the actress was home.

Law enforcement sources tell us they arrested a man early this morning for allegedly breaking into Bullock's Los Angeles home around 6:30 a.m. We're told Bullock was home, but she was not hurt.

It's unclear if the man who broke in was attempting to burglarize the home or if it was a stalking case ... but police are investigating.

Tracy Morgan: Long Hospital Stay Expected

Tracy Morgan is still in critical condition with several broken bones ... and doctors expect him to remain hospitalized for several weeks.

Tracy's rep tells sources the comedian has been more responsive today ... but sustained a number of injuries including a broken femur, a broken nose and several broken ribs.

We're told he's currently recovering after having surgery earlier today on the broken leg.

Tracy's rep adds, "His family is tremendously overwhelmed and appreciative of the outpouring of love and support from his fans.

“The Fault in Our Stars” launched to an astounding $48.2 million this weekend, justifying 20th Century Fox’s gamble that summer crowds would show up to a low-budget romance about cancer patients in the height of popcorn movie season.

The film eclipsed the $29.1 million take of the week’s other new premiere “Edge of Tomorrow.” Combined with the success of last spring’s “Divergent,” this  love story has solidified Shailene Woodley’s place on the A-list and has further demonstrated the power of young adult audiences. “The Fault in Our Stars” is based on a best-selling novel by John Green.

Hillary Clinton Talks Frankly About Bill, Becoming a Grandmother – and Another White House Run

Hillary Clinton is ready to go to the White House.

But the question looms: Is now the right time? She checks her watch.
