CONRAD MURRAY TRIAL: Massive Inconsistency in Murray's Story

Dr. Conrad Murray's interview with LAPD detectives reveals a HUGE inconsistency that could weigh heavily with the jury.

In the tape, Dr. Murray says he left Michael Jackson's room for only 2 minutes to go to the bathroom, and when he came back -- Michael Jackson was not breathing. Murray says he immediately began performing CPR.

According to Sade Anding (Murray's Houston girlfriend) who was on the phone with Murray, says she was talking to him for a while when suddenly it appeared Murray dropped the phone and the emergency commenced.

So now there are two competing stories -- Either Murray went to the bathroom as he told cops, or he was on the phone -- possibly distracted.  If jurors believe Anding and the phone records -- they could easily conclude Murray lied to cops.

But today -- Tom's new lawyer, Kent Schaffer, went back to the judge and explained that the old lawyer just dropped the ball, and that Tom had completed all of his community service, and then some.

So the judge praised Tom, and then terminated his probation a year and a half early.

Many other drugs such as Lidocaine, Diazepam, Lorazepam and Ephedrine were also found in MJ's system, but he did not test positive for any illegal drugs. Eight specimens were taken from different parts of Jackson's body, and Propofol was found in all of them.

CONRAD MURRAY TRIAL: Investigator Accused of Being Sloppy With Jackson Evidence

Investigator Elissa Fleak took the stand once again Thursday morning in the involuntary manslaughter trial against Michael Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray.

During the tense cross-examination, defense attorney Ed Chernoff accused Fleak of making a number of mistakes, including being sloppy while collecting evidence and writing her report that the medical examiner used to pronounce Jackson's death a homicide.

When Chernoff pressed Fleak about leaving her fingerprints on a syringe located on Jackson's nightstand, she responded, “I typically wear gloves. I always wear gloves at crime scenes."

She was also asked about making revisions to her original report on Jackson's death from 2009. Chernoff implied that she did this to help corroborate with Alberto Alvarez's testimony. Alvarez is a key witness for the prosecution who helped Murray collect Jackson's medications on the day the King of Pop died. However, Fleak said on the stand that she only learned of Alvarez's name about two days ago.

 CLICK PICTURE TO ENLARGE

The remaining cast members of Bravo's The Real Housewives of New York will make more money from the show next season -- thanks to their cast mates getting the boot!

Since Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon, Cindy Barshop and Alex McCord were let go from the cast last month, show veterans LuAnn de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer are seeing their salaries go up from $275,000 a season to $500,000 a season for Season Five, says The New York Post.

A lot has changed since the early seasons, when the women were only making $7,500 per season. The Post says that, because women like Zarin, who had been on the cast since Season One, are gone, Bravo has more money in its budget to increase the salaries of Lesseps, Morgan and Singer. The new cast members, as rookies, will only make about $5,000 an episode to start.

Among the pills were the sedatives Diazepam, Lorazepam and Temazepam. Fleak also found a blue bag stuffed with Propofol. Last week, Jackson's bodyguard Alberto Alvarez testified that Murray had asked him to put the vials in that pack, and he complied before 911 was called.

CONRAD MURRAY TRIAL: Jackson Wanted The World Tour To Make Up For Having "No Childhood"

Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial continued Wednesday, and it included a full recording of Michael Jackson -- just six weeks before he died.

The recording took place at 9:05 a.m. on May 10, 2009, and it was later found on Murray's iPhone after MJ's death on June 25, 2009. Jackson's speech was very slurred that the recording was slowed down so jurors could understand what was being said.

Jackson can be heard admitting that he was depressed and wanted to dedicate his This Is It world tour to all the children. "I love them because I didn't have a childhood," the King of Pop said during the almost incoherent conversation.

Although his speech is difficult to understand, Jackson did seem determined to perform. It's not known why Murray decided to record this particular conversation, but it does show that the doctor was well-aware of Jackson's drug-induced condition.

After the recording was played, computer forensic expert Stephen Marx testified that Murray's iPhone showed that the physician used different aliases for Jackson, which was MJ's way of obtaining drugs.

Murray is expected to testify later today.

CONRAD MURRAY TRIAL: Girlfriend Unknowingly Signed Packages For Propofol

Dr. Conrad Murray's SEXY girlfriend took the stand Tuesday, and the aspiring actress was nothing but animated with smiles in the middle of the involuntary manslaughter trial.

On the day of Jackson's death, Murray called Nicole four times, including one call from the ambulance on the way to the hospital. The prosecution asked Alvarez about Murray's $150,000/month salary, which she claimed she didn't know about despite previous testimony to the contrary.

Murray's baby mama did admit that the physician would leave at 9 p.m. nightly during the month before Jackson died, helping him prepare for his upcoming tour. She also said she signed for packages from April through June that contained Propofol, but she didn't know what was inside the packages as she never opened them.

CONRAD MURRAY TRIAL: Doctor Testifies Propofol Intended For Use Only In Hospitals

More damaging evidence against Michael Jackson's personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray came to light as the second week of his manslaughter trial began on Monday.

UCLA cardiologist Dr. Thao Nguyen took the stand and revealed that she had never known Propofol, the drug that killed Jackson, to be used outside of a hospital. The surgical anesthetic is extremely dangerous, and she's only seen it used when doctors and nurses can watch over a patient carefully. "Propofol does not have an antidote, so we have to prepare for the worst," she told jurors

Nguyen also revealed that like the other paramedics and doctors who testified before her, Murray, 58, never told her that he gave Jackson the Propfol. He did, however, sound desperate for Nguyen and her team to revive the King of Pop.

The cardiologist was called into the room after Jackson had been submitted to the hospital on June 25, 2009. "By the time I came down, the patient appeared lifeless," she revealed. "I couldn't find a pulse. My attending couldn't find a pulse."

Earlier in the day, ER physician Dr. Richelle Cooper also testified that Jackson was "already dead" when he initially arrived at the hospital.

Amanda Knox RELEASED from Prison -- Murder Conviction OVERTURNED

An Italian appeals court has overturned the murder conviction of Amanda Knox -- and the judge has ordered her to be RELEASED from custody.

Knox burst into tears -- and was immediately rushed out of the courtroom by armed police officers. Knox's family plans to fly her out of Italy and back into the U.S. as soon as possible.

Cheers rang out inside the courtroom when the ruling was read. Outside the courthouse, the reaction was more mixed -- with people chanting, cheering and booing.

In 2009, Knox was convicted for the 2007 slaying of her former roommate Meredith Kercher. She was also found guilty of falsely accusing her former employer of the killing. But Knox appealed the verdict ... based, in part, on new information related to the DNA evidence in the case.

While the court overturned Knox's murder conviction, it UPHELD her conviction for falsely accusing her former employer of killing Kercher. Knox was sentenced to 3 years behind bars for that crime, but since she has already spent 4 years in custody, Amanda will not serve any additional time.

The court also overturned the murder conviction of Knox's ex-boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito -- who was also ordered to be released from custody.
