CONRAD MURRAY TRIAL: Toxicologist Found Propofol in Michael Jackson's Stomach

Propofol was found in Michael Jackson's stomach the day he died.

Toxicologist Dan Anderson took the stand during day eight of Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial to reveal his findings, but he said only trace amounts of the sedative -- the size of sugar particles -- were in the King of Pop's stomach.

Many other drugs such as Lidocaine, Diazepam, Lorazepam and Ephedrine were also found in MJ's system, but he did not test positive for any illegal drugs. Eight specimens were taken from different parts of Jackson's body, and Propofol was found in all of them.
