Ben Whishaw Cast As Q in James Bond Film 'Skyfall'

Skyfall, which is the latest installment of the James Bond franchise, has cast Ben Whishaw as MI6 gadget master Q, according to various reports hitting the web today.

It will be the character's first appearance in the franchise since 2002's Die Another Day, where he was played by John Cleese. Prior to that, Q was played by Desmond Llewelyn, who owned the role for an impressive 36 years.

Q is the character who supplies Bond with all of his nifty hi-tech gadgets and espionage equipment in the movies.

Agreement REACHED To End NBA Lockout

The NBA and the Players Association have reached a tentative agreement to END the five-month old lockout and start the season on Dec. 25.

After 16 hours of negotiations Friday, the two sides reached a handshake agreement a little after 3 a.m. ET. Both sides must still get final vote approval from owners and players to finalize the agreement NBA commissioner David Stern held a news conference with Players Association executive director Billy Hunter and president Derek Fisher at 3:40 A.M. in New York.

“We’re optimistic that the [agreement] will hold and we’ll have ourselves an NBA season,” Stern said. Free agency and training camps will start on Dec. 9, Stern said.

After disbanding as a union and filling an antitrust suit against the NBA, the Players Association can immediately reform as a union and hold a vote to ratify the deal. The terms of the agreement included a 50-50 revenue split, a source said.

Natalie Wood Mystery: Captain of Yacht Passes Polygraph Test

The recently reopened case of actress Natalie Wood’s drowning death focuses on new information that may implicate those on board the boat the actress fell from 30 years ago, including the boat’s captain, who has passed a lie detector test.

Dennis Davern, the captain of the Splendour, the yacht which the actors were staying on, said that he heard Wood and husband Robert Wagner arguing moments before she disappeared.  Davern has said that he believes Wagner had a role in Wood’s death.

Davern had a lie detector test performed on him by examiner Howard Temple, who says that the results of the polygraph “indicated he was telling the truth.”

George Michael HOSPITALIZED With Pneumonia

George Michael has been forced to cancel several tour dates, including Wednesday night, due to a bout with pneumonia.

The 48-year-old singer's rep issued the following statement:

"With great regret, George Michael has been forced to postpone his November 26 and 27 shows in Cardiff, Wales, due to his ongoing illness.

Michael is currently seeking treatment in Vienna.

On the singer's website was the following statement:

"George was recently forced to postponed tour dates in Vienna and Strasbourg under doctor's orders after being diagnosed with pneumonia. He is currently receiving treatment. Plans to reschedule these postponed tour dates will be provided when available."

The "Father Figure" singer is currently on the "Symphonica Tour" which is scheduled to run through next year.

Justin Bieber Talks PATERNITY Test With David Letterman

Justin Bieber appeared on Late Night with David Letterman and he had no problem joking about his paternity test. Mariah Yeater, who claimed Bieber fathered her son, had requested that JB take the test to prove he's the father.

Bieber and Letterman both referred to Yeater as a "WEASEL." He then went on to tell the host:

"I am 17, but it is going to happen….Being in the spotlight. I took it. They just swab your mouth."

Despite the negative press this accusation brought to the 17-year-old performer, seems as though he's managed to come out on top. Perhaps girlfriend Selena Gomez has kept his spirits bright throughout all the baby mama drama.

Howard Stern Close To Landing Piers Morgan's Judging Spot On 'America's Got Talent'

Howard Stern and NBC are close to wrapping up the contract that will bring the shock jock to America's Got Talent as a judge, according to the NY Post.

A source tells the Post that creator and executive producer Simon Cowell is "HELLBENT" on Stern joining the show, however the radio personality wants $20 million for the year AND Stern wants the show to move to New York so he can continue his radio show in the Big Apple.

Currently, the production tapes at the CBS Television City studios in LA. The source adds:

"Moving it to New York would mean over 100 people losing their jobs ... And inconvenience for Howie and Sharon, who wants to spend more time with her husband, Ozzy. Another idea would be for the show to stay in LA and Howard to be a part-time judge."

Another source from the production tells the Post it's "practically a done deal."

Piers Morgan says he's stepping down after six years with AGT to focus more on Piers Morgan Tonight on CNN.

Reps for both Simon Cowell and Howard Stern wouldn't comment on the AGT deal.

Kris Humphries SUING Kim Kardashian For $10 Million!

Kris Humphries is reportedly gearing up to sue estranged wife Kim Kardashian for $10 million, according to Life & Style.

On October 31 Kim announced that she was filing for divorce after just 72 days of marriage, but this isn't about spousal support for Kris -- it's about reality TV! “Kris has a legal team investigating his options,” the insider tells the mag. “He’s claiming his role on Kourtney & Kim Take New York is bigger than he was told, and that’s why he wants more money. But Kris is also suing because he’s really worried about how badly he’s going to be portrayed on the series.”

Kris is especially concerned about footage of him feuding with Kim’s BFF Jonathan Cheban, and if the clips air, it sounds like it could tarnish his reputation. “Midway through the season, Kris starts bullying Kim’s best friend, Jonathan Cheban, about his sexuality,” a source tells L&S. “Jonathan isn’t gay, but Kris accuses him of being gay and criticizes him for it in a really homophobic way. Jonathan is really upset.” So can the NBA star prevent the footage from airing? Possibly. Kris has met with attorney Lee Hutton III and is "trying his hardest to prevent the most inflammatory moments from being broadcast."

Despite all of this, Kris' father insists that he had no idea he was being played. "Little did Kris know that he was being set up,” William Humphries said. “Kris got used -- 100 percent used."

'Sesame Street' Composer Accused of Cuffing 4-Year-Old, Taking Sex Pics

A Grammy-winning composer who worked on “Sesame Street” has been charged with making and distributing child pornography -- after allegedly handcuffing a 4-year-old girl, naked, and taking pictures.

59-year-old Fernando Rivas appeared in a South Carolina federal court yesterday -- where he pled "not guilty," according to the Charleston Post & Courier.

Rivas was arrested back in April -- after FBI agents raided the composer's home and, according to court docs, the feds claim they discovered a collection of photographs ... depicting a 4-year-old girl naked and “restrained in handcuffs and other bondage-type devices."

According to the report, cops say Rivas -- who also taught music at a local Charleston school -- admitted to officers that he took the pictures of the little girl and emailed them to two other sick pieces of sh*t.

Rivas remains on house arrest after posting $300,000 bail.

Dancing with the Stars: Scores From The Finals!

The three remaining couples took the "Dancing with the Stars" stage tonight for the finals -- where Ricki Lake, J.R. Martinez and Rob Kardashian danced for America's votes for the last time!

So ... how'd they do?

Rob won the night -- scoring a 57 out of a possible 60 for his waltz and freestyle. It may have helped that the entire Kardashian clan, including newly-single sis Kim, was in the audience cheering him on.

Len told Rob his family "should be proud" -- and, from the looks of it, they were!

RIcki and J.R. were close on Rob's heels though, both scoring a 54 out of 60. Both danced cha-chas and a freestyle -- with Rodriguez's partner, Karina Smirnoff, stealing the spotlight during their second dance in a very revealing costume.

Ricki, J.R. and Rob will all dance one more time tomorrow -- and then the judges will decide the winner.

At this point, the Mirror Ball trophy could go to any of them....

Hawke tells Allocine, "All of three of us have been having similar feelings that we're ready to revisit those characters. There's nine years between the first two movies and, if we made the film next summer, it would be nine years again so we really started thinking that would be a good thing to do.

Justin Bieber Takes a PATERNITY TEST

Justin Bieber took a DNA test Friday in New Jersey to prove he's NOT the father of a baby boy that fan Mariah Yeater claims is the pop star's.

Yeater, 19, filed a paternity suit against Bieber, claiming the child was conceived after an October 2010 concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Her son was born in July. Yeater later dropped the suit, claiming she feared for her own safety after receiving death threats. Her attorney told reporters his client would continue to pursue the case out of court with Bieber's attorneys.

Now it's Yeater's turn to provide a DNA sample from her 3-month-old son, Trystan. Bieber's lawyers have threatened to sue for defamation if the results prove the 17-year-old singer is NOT the father.

Breakout British artist Adele, who was unable to attend due to a recent throat surgery, was horned with Adult Contemporary Artist of the Year, Pop/Rock Album for “21” and Pop/Rock Female Artist of the Year.

Big performances of the night included Favorite Latin Music Artist winner, Jennifer Lopez, who performed sexy single “Papi” in a nude rhinestone-covered body suit before belting out "On The Floor" with fellow Favorite Latin Music Artist nominee Pitbull.

Justin Bieber, who took home no awards tonight, donned a white leather motorcycle ensemble to perform his new holiday single, “Mistletoe”, while girlfriend Selena Gomez proudly cheered him on from the audience.

Mila Kunis Attends Marine Corps Ball in North Carolina

Justin Timberlake kept his promise - and so did his "Friends with Benefits" co-star, Mila Kunis.

Mila accompanied Sgt. Scott Moore to the Marine Corps Ball on Friday night in Greenville, North Carolina, a spokesperson for the Marine Corps confirmed to Access Hollywood.

"Everything went well. It was a great experience for everybody," spokesperson Capt. Scott Sasser told Access.

According to several local news reports in Greenville, the actress arrived into the Pitt-Greenville Airport around 2:30 PM local time on Friday and was quickly whisked to the Greenville Convention Center, the site of the ball.
