Khloe Kardashian SELLS Divorce House For Big Profit

Khloe Kardashian's divorce isn't all bad -- sources have confirmed, she and Lamar Odom just sold their massive marital mansion for a BIG profit ... and now it's a "Big Bang Theory" star's problem.

As first reported, Khloe and Lamar listed the 7-bedroom 8,000 sq. ft. Tarzana home last year for $4 million ... shortly before Khloe filed for divorce. They bought the house for $3.95 million in 2009.

Now, sources tell us, the home has sold for $5.49 million ... nearly $1.5 million more than the asking price. We're told Khloe's now looking for a new place near her mom in Hidden Hills.

According to sources, the house was purchased by "Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco and her new husband.

Kourtney Kardashian just finished redecorating her Calabasas home, but she's already looking to unload it and move on to a new real estate project. The reality star gave Domaine Home a peek inside her Colonial family abode and explained her inspiration for the funky vibe.

"When we first started decorating, I wanted all white walls and for everything to be really simple. Then I started saying, 'I'm too young. This is my first house: I want to have fun!'" she told the magazine.

Jay Leno On Leaving 'Tonight Show' Gig: 'It's Not My Decision'

Jay Leno is handing over "The Tonight Show" torch to Jimmy Fallon on February 17th, something he has come to terms with but is acknowledging for the first time that it was not his decision to exit.

The 63-year-old is breaking his silence in an interview with "60 Minutes" airing this Sunday about NBC's decision to have Jimmy Fallon host the late-night show.

"It's not my decision," he revealed. "I think I probably would have stayed if we didn't have an extremely qualified young guy ready to jump in."

Still, he still doesn't seem to have any hard feelings for his successor. "I probably would have stayed a little longer, but we have a very talented, very good, I think he's more like a young Johnny than anybody since," he said. "So you go with the new guy; makes perfect sense to me."

The car enthusiast may not be bent out of shape about leaving this time around, but he didn't seem to feel the same about what happened in 2009, when NBC decided to replace him with Conan O'Brien. The comedian admitted that he felt blindsided, and he compared it to feeling a lot like a breakup.

"I was blindsided. ... [NBC executives said] 'You're out...' and I went 'OK,'" he said, about the first time he learned Conan would be taking over. "You know, you have a girl [who] says, 'I don't want to see you anymore.' Why? You know, she doesn't want to see you anymore, OK?"

Kim Kardashian is back in the US after a whirlwind trip to France, appearing on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Thursday to talk about rumors she'll tie the knot at the Palace of Versailles.

While the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star and fiance Kanye West did get a VIP tour of the grounds, it doesn't mean they're going to get married there.

"We took a private tour and of course everyone thought we were picking that as our wedding place," she revealed last night. "We're not, we were just taking a tour!"

The 32-year-old did confirm that the two will say "I do" during the summer in Paris though, a place she considers their second home. She also said she'll be taking Kanye's last name -- and will make Kardashian her middle name.

David Beckham strips down for an upcoming H&M Super Bowl commercial, and the former soccer star is asking fans to weigh in on which look they prefer - covered or uncovered?

The 30-second clip filmed for David Beckham Bodywear features two different endings. In one, Vicky B's husband shows up to a shoot completely naked, and in the other he's wearing briefs.

"It was so exciting to work with one of my favorite directors, Nicolas Winding Refn, on my new campaign for H&M. Nicolas pushed me hard to create an action-packed film, which shows off this season’s new heritage-inspired bodywear at its best," the athlete said in a press release.

Justin Bieber Released From Jail After Posting $2,500 Bond

Justin Bieber was released from police custody at 2:05pm EST after Miami Beach police arrested him at 4:13am EST for driving under the influence and resisting arrest. A source at Miami-Dade Corrections tells sources that Bieber is currently en route to Opa-locka Airport, presumably to come home to Los Angeles.

The 19-year-old pop star appeared before Miami judge Joseph Farina around 1:09pm EST, at which point his bail was set to $2,500. Cops busted the pop star for speeding on a residential street (he was going between 55-60mph in a 30mph zone), and though Bieber reportedly told authorities that he had not been drinking, officials stated during a press conference that Bieber later admitted "he had consumed some alcohol, been smoking marijuana and consumed some prescription medication."

The police report notes that officers smelled "an odor of alcohol emanating from the driver's breath," adding that Bieber had "slow deliberate movements" and "bloodshot eyes." Bieber blew a .04 on his breathalyzer test, and though the legal limit in Florida is .08, they have a zero tolerance policy for anyone underage whose blood alcohol level is .02 or higher -- it's considered a DUI.

Bieber's rep at Island Def Jam Music Group wouldn't comment on his arrest when we reached out for a statement, and manager Scooter Braun has yet to speak out on the matter.

Justin Bieber: My Mom Gives Me Drugs

Justin Bieber ratted on one of his drug suppliers to police -- telling cops, HIS MOM is the one who gave him the prescription medication he took shortly before his DUI arrest.

Law enforcement sources say, cops grilled Bieber on what substances he had ingested before his arrest ... and the singer admitted he was under the influence of Rx meds, alcohol, and weed.

When asked what kind of Rx meds, Bieber said anti-anxiety (such as Xanax) but he wasn't sure exactly what kind ... because he just takes whatever his mom Pattie gives him.

It's unclear if he has his own prescriptions for the drugs -- and his mom just handles them -- or if he's using his mom's prescriptions ... which would be illegal. If Bieber does have a valid prescription, the presence of the substance in his system probably won't be held against him.

Justin Bieber ARRESTED For DUI Drag Racing and Resisting Arrest

Justin Bieber was arrested for DUI early Thursday morning and it wasn't pretty -- cops say Justin was wasted and resisted arrest and cussed the cop out, dropping multiple F bombs ... sources have learned.

Justin posed for a smiley mug shot moments after the arrest -- while sporting a jail-issued orange jumpsuit. 

Law enforcement say... Bieber was busted in Miami Beach and it didn't end with DUI ... he was also busted for resisting arrest without violence, drag racing and driving on an expired license.

Law enforcement sources tell sources... they believe Justin was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol.

In fact, officials held a news conference and said, "[Justin] made statements he had consumed some alcohol, been smoking marijuana and consumed some prescription medication."

According to the police report -- cops approached Bieber's car and they instantly realized he reeked of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes. He had a "stupor" look on his face.

The police report says ... Bieber was defiant from the get-go, yelling at the cops, "Why the f**k are you doing this?" He also yelled, "What the f**k did I do. Why did you stop me?"

When the officer tried to perform a routine pat down, Bieber said, "I ain't got no f**king weapons, why do you have to search me? What the f**k is this about?"  Bieber claimed he wasn't drunk and was coming back from recording music. That's not true, because we knew he was at a club.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Goes "Undercover" At Gold’s Gym

Arnold Schwarzenegger is trying to raise money for after-school fitness programs, so naturally he glued a mustache on his face, slapped a wig on his head and pretended to be an employee at Gold’s Gym in Venice, California.

Arnie attempted to pass himself off as “regional manager Howard Kleiner," but given his trademark Austrian accent and the fact that everything he says to the ladies in the facility comes off as pervy, it was pretty easy to figure out what was really going on.

On Tuesday Gwen Stefani got all dolled up and decided to share a selfie of her outfit on Twitter, and given the size of her tummy, it looks like the reports of her being due in February are 100% true. The 44-year-old singer posted the pic and wrote, "bump it #allblack #inappropriateshoes #capturethemoment #miracle gx."

Last week Gwen confirmed that she and husband Gavin Rossdale were expecting their third son together with a post on Instagram. “I was ready to hand over the crown," Gwen wrote. "[But] I guess I am still queen of the house. #itsaboy #surroundedbyboys."

She may not be picking outfits for a little girl, but she will certainly be the most fashionable mama in the maternity ward when she gives birth next month.

'The Wanted' Will BREAK UP After Tour

It's curtains for The Wanted after their upcoming tour -- the boy band just announced they're breaking up as soon as it's over.

The group just released a statement, saying, "This tour will be their last for a while as Tom, Max, Jay, Siva and Nathan have collectively decided to take time to pursue personal endeavours following the tour's conclusion.

The Wanted formed in 2009 and released their debut album in 2010, which included hits like "Glad You Came" and "All Time Low." Their upcoming Word of Mouth tour is set to wrap in May.

The statement goes on to say that "The Wanted" will continue to exist ... just not actively ... which is management speak for "That's all, folks!"

Jonah Hill Earned ONLY $60,000 for Oscar-Nominated Role in 'The Wolf of Wall Street'

The Wolf of Wall Street may be all about excess, but the money made by Jonah Hill to play stockbroker Donnie Azoff in the flick is anything but excessive. (Well, at least by Hollywood standards.)

While being interviewed by Howard Stern during his radio show on Tuesday, Jan. 21, the 30-year-old actor admitted he was willing to work for the SAG minimum in order to collaborate with director Martin Scorsese.

During the broadcast, the program's official Twitter account posted the following: "Now on H100 @jonahhill tells @howardstern that he did the 7 month 'Wolf of Wall Street' shoot for $60,000 because he wanted the role so bad."

What's more, Hill told Stern he couldn't sign his contract fast enough because he was so afraid they would change their minds and hire someone else.

But of course, that didn't happen. And now, Hill finds himself nominated for an Academy Award for his performance opposite Leonardo DiCaprio.

And you can't put a price tag on that.

"I am in complete and total shock," Hill said in a statement after receiving the nod in the Best Supporting Actor category last week. "I honestly was not expecting this, on a level you can't even imagine. Again, I'm clearly in shock. I didn't have a plan for celebrating today because I truly did not expect any of this...Truly, this is shocking."

Hill was previously nominated for an Oscar for 2011's Moneyball.

Alison Sweeney Leaving 'Days of Our Lives' After 21 Years

The days of Alison Sweeney as Sami Brady are coming to an end.

The 37-year-old actress, who has starred in the NBC soap opera "Days of Our Lives" for the last 21 years, has decided to part ways from the show.

"I'm celebrating my 21st year … and I decided that it's going to be my last year with the show," she says. "I have worked so much, and my daughter just turned 5 and my son is 9, and I just want to be with them," she adds.

There's no specific timetable for Sami's sendoff, nor does Sweeney know what will happen to her character.

"It would be awesome to have some kind of happy ending," she says. "But then, I also think Sami probably deserves some sort of very twisted, like Breaking Bad ending."

Sweeney says she's never had more than a two-week vacation since joining Days in January 1993. And of course, things have gotten even more hectic since she became the host of The Biggest Loser in 2007.

"For seven years I've done both shows," she says. "I'm really just excited to be with my kids and be with my husband and, I don't know, have fun. And I write. My second book's coming out. I love directing and just, you know, finding things to do."

James Cameron: My Billions Are Safe -- Wins 'Avatar' Theft Case

James Cameron is not a script-stealing thief -- and does NOT have to pay billions of dollars from "Avatar" profits ... because he just won a HUGE lawsuit, sources have confirmed.

Science fiction writer Bryant Moore sued Cameron for $2.5 billion back in 2011 -- claiming he had come up with the basic premise behind "Avatar" ... and Cameron jacked it.

Now, according to court documents a federal judge just shut down Moore's suit ... saying the plots of his projects were "palpably different" from "Avatar."

The judge also said the similarities that do exist -- sci-fi with a love story -- are too vague to be protected.

Bottom line ... Moore isn't getting his hands on any of the $2.78 billion "Avatar" made worldwide.

Erin Andrews' Awkward Interview With Richard Sherman

The bookies in Vegas reported a rare split picking the early favorite for the Super Bowl. At least there's no question about who's going to steal the show.

That would be Seattle's supremely confident Richard Sherman, who's already staked a claim to being the NFL's most quotable cornerback since Deion Sanders. Fresh off making the game-saving play in the last minute of Sunday's NFC championship, Sherman gave America a taste of how juicy things could get over the next two weeks if his coach, Pete Carroll, doesn't clamp the equivalent of a "Denver boot" on the mouth of his All-Pro first.

After using every inch of his 6-foot-6 wingspan to deflect a touchdown pass intended for San Francisco's Michael Crabtree into the arms of Seahawks teammate Malcolm Smith instead for an interception, Sherman was corralled by FOX sideline reporter Erin Andrews. She probably regrets the move still.

Andrews asked what went on between Crabtree and Sherman after the play, which effectively preserved Seattle's 23-17 win but also resulted in an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty against Sherman. After exchanging words, replays showed Sherman with his dreadlocks flowing, arms crossed and both hands up around his neck, making what looked like a choking gesture.

Any remaining doubt melted away once Sherman began shouting his reply, displaying just enough bad attitude and volume to do the city's "12th Man" reputation proud.

'Gravity' and '12 Years a Slave' Tie For Best Picture At Producers Guild Awards

 

One of the most up-in-the-air Academy Award races in memory just got even more unpredictable. For the first time in its 25-year history, the Producers Guild Awards—generally considered the most reliable predictor of which film will take home the Best Picture Oscar—ended in a tie. Alfonso Cuarón’s Gravity and Steve McQueen’s 12 Years a Slave shared the group’s prize for Best Picture.

The other Best Picture nominees were American Hustle, Her, Blue Jasmine, Captain Phillips, Dallas Buyers Club,  Nebraska, Saving Mr. Banks, and The Wolf of Wall Street.

Box Office: 'Ride Along' Nabs Top MLK Weekend Opening of All-Time

Continuing to outperform expectations, Kevin Hart and Ice Cube buddy cop comedy Ride Along is turning in the best performance of all time for the long Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.

The Universal pic, cementing Hart's rising star status, ended Sunday with a three-day gross of $41.2 million and is expected to hit $48 million or more for the four-days.
