After purchasing Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen's $40 million Brentwood dream home, Dr. Dre has listed his former Hollywood Hills home for $35 million.
The music mogul bought the 9,696-square-foot mansion in 2011 for $15.4 million, and there's no indication that it was remodeled, so we're not sure why Dre. is asking such a steep price! I mean it's nice, but $20 mil more than he paid for it three years ago seems like a bit much.
The home has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms and sits on a three-quarter-acre lot with 300-degree views of the city, mountains and ocean, and key features include a library/media room, a den, a wine cellar, a guest house and a swimming pool.
