Another BIG addition to the upcoming Michael Jackson tribute concert ...Jamie Foxx has signed on and will perform LIVE in Wales at the October 8 show.
Foxx will join Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo, Smokey Robinson and others who are set to hit the stage.
Beyonce is also set to perform -- and sources are saying that she did NOT pull out, despite a report to the contrary.
