Actor Neil Patrick Harris and his fiance David Burtka have bought a five-story townhouse for $3.6 million. This is a serious upgrade from their last home!

The 8,000-square-foot home features two terraces, a backyard, a chef’s kitchen and space for a playroom and gym in the basement.
