Wayne Gretzky Lists California Townhome For $1.9 Million

After unloading his Arizona property this past August, Wayne Gretzky has listed his town home in Thousand Oaks, California for just under $1.9 million.

Back in 2007 the NHL great sold his other Thousand Oaks residence (it recently popped back up on the market for $14.9 million back in January), so it looks like he's gearing up to leave the TO area. And since his oldest daughter Paulina got engaged back in August, we have to wonder if this Thousand Oaks pad was her former digs.

The 3,758-square-foot home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and it's in the gated Sherwood Country Club community. Gretzky bought the home in 2000, and it clearly isn't his primary residence, so we're curious to see what his next move is.

Gretzky still owns a modest four-bedroom home in the nearby Westlake Village-area, (along with a condo in Palm Harbor, Florida), but we're guessing he's going to be on the market for something bigger and better in the next few months.
