Philip Seymour Hoffman's New York City apartment, where the actor was found dead from a drug overdose, was just rented out for $10,500 a month.
Located in the West Village, the 1,100 square-foot residence boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a wood burning fireplace, high beamed ceilings, heated floors, oversized windows and custom closets.
The late actor began renting the home in October 2013 after he split from longtime girlfriend Mimi O'Donnell.
