Willem Dafoe has dropped $3.9 million on a penthouse in New York City's West Village, according to The Real Deal.
The unit sits on the top of a seven-story building, and it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One real estate site reports that the residence is 1,500 square feet, though other property records indicate the pad is 1,880 square feet. Either way, it's not a very large space, but seeing as Dafoe and wife Giada Colagrande reside in another unit in the same building, we're guessing they don't care about the square footage as much as they care about the location.
The home has arched windows, 12.5-foot ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, gorgeous hardwood floors and renovated bathrooms, and what it's lacking in living space it makes up for with views of the city.
