He may not have gotten the $12 million he wanted, but Ashton Kutcher still ended up making a $1.5 million profit on his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad.
Kutcher listed the home in May, and despite the fact that he had it for less than two years, keep in mind he has a baby on the way with fiancee Mila Kunis, who recently listed her Hollywood home as well. The expectant couple dropped $10 million on a massive new mansion in an exclusive, gated neighborhood in Beverly Hills, which is far more child-friendly than either of their previous residences.
The three-story home was built in 2007, and it sits on over half an acre of land and boasts stunning views of the Hollywood Reservoir. There are five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and nearly 9,385 square feet of living space, and key features include a gym, a sauna, a wine cellar, an elevator and a gorgeous terraced pool and spa.
