Jennifer Lopez has splashed out $22 million on this N.Y.C. penthouse located in Manhattan, the New York Daily News reports. The property was listed last year for a whopping $25 million.
The "luxury fortress" boasts 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, as well as picturesque views of Madison Square Park and 3,000 square-feet of outdoor space. It is in the Whitman Building, where Chelsea Clinton and NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon also have apartments. The abode's interior design is the work of Jeremiah Brent.
