Mel Gibson and his adorable daughter went
to the Malibu Country Mart on Wednesday with their nanny, and after
spending some time on the playground, the trio headed back to Mel's
place.
The 58-year-old actor didn't climb on the jungle gym with his 5-year-old daughter, but he stood right next to her as she went down the slide and up the ladder. We rarely see Lucia's mom Oksana Grigorieva these days, but clearly their joint custody agreement is working pretty well.
After a highly-publicized split and battle for Lucia (coupled with abuse allegations, among other things), Grigorieva filed for bankruptcy earlier this year, claiming she is more than $400,000 in debt.

But per her settlement with Gibson, Grigorieva is receiving a total of
$750,000 in installments over the next five years, and he also pays her
$20,000 a month in child support. And not only that, but Gibson owns the
home Grigorieva lives in with their daughter, so it's not like she has
to pay a mortgage. And Grigorieva also gets $2,500 a month from her
other baby daddy, Timothy Dalton, for their son, Alexander.
So what's the source of her financial woes? Grigorieva claims most of her debt stems from legal bills and that she owes five lawyers $250,000. Hmm, maybe she shouldn't have challenged him for custody in the first place?
