"Dancing with the Stars" is getting a HUGE upgrade this season. The entire layout of the set will be changed and the whole thing will cost around $3 MILLION!
Some of the changes will affect the audience -- producers are swapping out the old bleacher seats for a TRIPLE-TIERED balcony-styled arrangement.
The other big change is the massive staircase in the middle of the stage. It will have the ability to SPLIT into TWO halves -- which will reveal the orchestra pit.
